She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . Despite a few hiccups and delays along the way, they remained positive and fully committed to getting things done. 4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We recently sold our house through Romans. We had been interested in selling for several years, and Daniel had been incredibly patient in waiting for us to finally be ready! Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and offered many suggestions for how to get the house ready for sale, what to price it at and why etc. We felt listened to and really trusted the advice given. Once on the market, Robbie and Amy were excellent at finding out all they could about the house before doing viewings for us. I really liked that only Robbie and Amy did viewings for us, having viewed many houses through other agents where the people showing us around obviously didn't know the house well at all. The team offered timely feedback and were sympathetic to working around our busy schedules. Once sold, Robbie kept us updated and informed along the whole (at times stressful through no fault of Romans) process. We have been speaking to him more than family members over the last few months, and he is always lovely to chat to! We never want to move again (!), but would highly highly recommend Romans' sales team to those that do. 24th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". Disgusting human imo. THE ONE STAR IS FAKE.- 27th May 2026 (23 days ago)Chris is very professional, polite and personable. Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!

12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list. Alice & Anisa were friendly & professional throughout & the next time I search for a property I'll definitely be reaching out to Hat & Home.
