27th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

7th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Thiefs, liars, manipulators; these are just kind words to describe them. I was verbally attacked twice in the building ( shiraj tower), got followed by crackheads squatting in the building and all i got from them is ''this happens before, just call the police and exagerate it''. lift breaks and theres no way of getting to 5th floor, floodings, infestations, rats, piles of trash for weeks... I left 2 months ago and im still having problems with them. Also, they tried to steal for us saying we owed more money, wasnt until we asked for the actual bill that we realized. DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THEM, WE'RE STUDENTS AND ITS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE.

24th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. 13th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Since signing contracts, unfortunately the service I have received from Stone has been seriously lacking. They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

28th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)We found a property that was on our liking with a decent price as well, we contact them and tell them our story. As it happens our circumstances made it that we needed the property quickly so we offer 6 months in advance to have the property keys as soon as possible and than after to have the references done. Now with the times we live in is understandable not to want someone in your home without credit checks and all that, but we offered 9k in advance do you still think i can't pay my rent?! Than to be told that no matter how much we pay we can t have the keys to the property by 20th nov, that s 25 days for a property available now, any other agency would take 5-7 days they take 4 times longer, they discriminate against non british people. There is absolutely no logic behind the way they acted. That s my story take what you please from it.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.
