9th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We had a wonderful experience with Connells throughout the process of buying our house. We are truly grateful for all the help, support, and guidance you provided, which made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, and dedication. We really appreciate everything you have done to help us find and purchase our new home. We would highly recommend Connells to anyone looking to buy a property!
30th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We contacted this agency about a property around two weeks ago. They asked us for a lot of personal and financial information in order to arrange a viewing. We provided everything they requested, but unfortunately, nobody came back to us.
I also tried contacting them a couple of times afterwards, but there was no answer and no one returned our calls. The communication has been very poor, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
We expected a more professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

24th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We had had our property up for sale with another local agent and it didn't sell. We changed to D B Roberts on the 23rd September 2026 and had an offer on the 21st October 2026, less than a month!!! They are so efficient, you can get them on the phone when needed which is rare these days. They keep you completely updated of what's going on, you don't have to chase them. We are so delighted that we put the house up for sale with them. I would 100% recommend them.
29th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I can't praise the team at Shortheath Dixons enough. Hayley and Sally were amazing and they have heard me say this numerous times that it felt like old school selling again. Some estate agents I have had do not even show you the properties anymore and stand at the front door waiting for you to leave. Hayley knew the area and knew the people and then sold the life you could have not just bricks and mortar. Thank you ladies!- 14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We completed on purchasing our new property and the negotiator, Jaden, has been excellent throughout the whole process. He helped us from start to finish and was really easy to deal with

29th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Honestly, I can't say a single bad thing about this company. After being let down by multiple letting agencies and dealing with poor customer service, me and my wife were very grateful to come across Peter James Letting agency. Every interaction was super helpful, informative and they wasted no time whatsoever in making sure they would help us apply and figure out everything we needed to do to move in to our new rental.

High recommend anyone to go with this service, you will not regret it!
9th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Excellent service from them, I just moved in and they were very attentive and response all the way. Special thanks to Elton and Ellie who organized everything!
25th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I thought I should update my initial review based on my experience.

Objectively, the property management team has been quite disappointing in terms of communication. Several emails, including those sent during my tenancy, went unanswered. On one occasion, they promised to resolve an outstanding request within a specified timeframe but failed to do so. Repeated telephone calls also went unanswered.

Overall, my experience with their responsiveness and fulfilment of commitments has been far from satisfactory.
