Tim Drake explained everything clearly to us and then passed us into Alena Novotna, at wednesfield branch, very capable hands. Alena promptly got viewing booked in and within days we accepted an offer. Alena then carried us 11 weeks to complete paper work ,coordinating with solicitors to then exchange and completed. Alena has been thorough and supportive and kept us informed the whole time. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

Chris and the team were fantastic throughout the entire process, always ensuring my requirements were met when selling my property. Mine certainly wasn’t the easiest of sales, as I was in the process of buying the freehold, but the team handled everything professionally and kept matters under control from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for all the effort, support, and hard work they put in along the way. A fantastic experience with the Four Oaks team — highly recommended. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.
