Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I cannot praise and recommend Scriven & Co Quinton enough<br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from the team, especially Lauren, the service she provided us from beginning to end was absolutely amazing and made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier<br><br>She was very professional, very friendly and so approachable, nothing was too much trouble, in fact it got to a point where I would rather deal with Lauren than speak to the solicitors we had appointed<br><br>A huge thank you to Lauren for everything, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scriven & Co to anyone looking to sell their house, unless Lauren moves on to pastures new ..... haha<br><br>So if you are looking to sell your house look no further, Lauren at Scriven & Co is the right person for the job

Scammers<br><br>This company is such a disappointment and a waste of space in the property industry!<br><br>Big energy, big promises , no follow up and 0 professionalism . Typical behavior !<br><br>They have called me 4 times and bragged how they are introducing this new "Mot" service for properties and how is going to be free for me as I have attended the seminar.<br><br>I booked the appointment, was supposed to be with Ali - someone else turned up. Typical behavior !<br><br>Kept reading off the list and using scare tactics (quite uncomfortable call) and booked the results for next day.<br><br>I returned home for the zoom call at 11.00 :<br>- no zoom call was sent for appointment<br>- i have emailed to check on the appointment, no reply<br>- I have called the office 3 times ,no call back<br>- luckily, I have offered information on only 1 of my properties and with the amount of scams and scammers going around, I worry about the shares information.<br><br>I might be old fashioned, but I hold you accountable on your results and what you do,not on what you promise you will do.<br><br>A bunch of time wasters!<br><br>How you do one thing, is how you do everything!

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We recently moved into our new home through John Payne and the whole process was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helped us sort out the paperwork quickly. When we picked up the keys, the house was clean and ready for us. Any small questions we had during our first week were answered right away. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to other renters.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Had my house up for sale withe them 5 weeks no interest, brought price down, still no interest but that's a side issue. They supplied me with bank details for cube heating and plumbing in cannock to get an epc done. Paid 17.7.26, not done. Asked for number and email for company and Nathan who I spoke to said nothing to do with us and put phone down. Beginning to think I've been scammed

From the initial valuation he guided me and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. His proactive communication with the buyers’ and my solicitor’s was excellent. The service I received from Debbie and D’arcy was excellent . They were efficient, attentive and genuinely supportive. I cannot thank Ben, Debbie and D’arcy enough for their amazing support. I wholeheartedly recommend both Ben and Oulsnam, Hagley Road to anyone selling or buying property.

If you want a stress free easy sale this is the Estate Agents to go to. I really truly can not thank and praise them enough. The lady I dealt with was always on the ball. Pushing things through . Going the extra mile. I actually will miss the interaction we had together . Lauren (the beautiful lady) who was assigned to me is marvellous. They were all super friendly and accommodating from the very beginning, when I was booking in viewings.<br><br>During the buying process, they were very attentive and replied back to every email and query that I had. This agent doesn't have any reviews- 2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Adam Ali Lettings Manager @ Connells Kings Heath had been parachuted in from Connells Rugby end of May. ( my words not his). We were his first Lettings project at Kings Heath. Presented with an unusual and complicated end of tenancy on our property, Adam was the consumate professional and set about in a friendly manner resolving all of the many issues this end of tenancy presented. His experience and sound advice resulted in a house clearance and refurbishment from 5th June thru to marketing and viewings from end of July to a full letting with new tenants moving in on 18th August. Adam assisted by his collegue James Grey, constantly beat my expectations, especially as the previous Lettings Team had consistently failed to meet my expectations , despite me lowering them year on year. So if you are after experienced professional friendly customer service which put you first, I can recommend Adam and James. I never give 5 stars as I think there is always room for improvement in any organisation.
