I struggled with the tech side of how things needed to be completed. Chelsea Ullman was so helpful in assisting me. I was able to go into the office at short notice and she even offered to come to my house to help. I commend the service I have received which made my move which is a very stressful time much easier.

6th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I recently purchased a house through Paul Carr Estate Agents and had a very positive experience throughout the process. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and proactive. In particular, Cian Jeynes was outstanding. He worked closely with both my solicitor and mortgage broker, ensuring that communication was smooth and that the transaction progressed efficiently. His support and regular updates made the whole process much less stressful. I would happily use Paul Carr Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.
23rd May 2026 (21 days ago)Due to an advancement in our careers, we had to make a big decision to move halfway across the country to Coventry from the South Coast. The team at John Payne were super helpful in working around our restricting timeframe and, being such a large distance, our unavailability to be present in person to a lot of the meetings that were required. Amelia was our main contact throughout the whole process and she was brilliant at helping the whole ordeal super seamless and stress-free during what would be a high stress process. Unfortunately she was unavailable when we went to pick up our keys, but John was there to help out and couldn't be more helpful if he tried! We appreciate everything they have done for us, and we're super happy with the results! Thank you!

After three years as tenants, we can honestly say that we have felt valued and well looked after. Spent so much time helping me find the right mortgage for me and it's obvious he takes his role to heart and wants to support those with the best options/advise for their circumstance. He was knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly from start to finish. The deal he managed to get me was amazing!!!!! I would reccomend all my family and friends to him as they will get the best level of expertise! I don't usually right reviews but I couldn't not on this circumstance because of what a great experience.
