Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.

With me in transition between two countries and not always having every document to hand, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful in finding solutions. She never made me feel a nuisance for being a "little more complicated", just patiently worked through every question with me, replying to emails promptly and meeting me at the flat twice without hesitation. The team were supportive and considerate throughout our house sale, proactively marketing our property it wasn’t long before viewings resulted in a confirmed buyer. Our agent Sara regularly contacted us with updates and support in pushing the sale through. It was so refreshing to have someone who cared about our sale and they took the stress out of our house sale.<br>We felt really considered through the whole process - a very positive experience - thank you.
14th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I recently sold my parents property with Horton & Senate and I cannot leave anything less than a 5 star review - there really should be more stars for these guys! From the very beginning dealing with Justyn and later Jennifer, the team have been fantastic with dealing with the various issued I faced with the sale. They guided and advised me, listened to me when things got tough and helped me through the various meltdowns I had.<br>Thankfully, after what seemed like a very long time, the house finally sold, a very bittersweet day but also one filled with much relief.<br>I honestly cannot recommend Horton & Senate enough if you are looking to sell, or indeed buy a house!<br>A MASSIVE thank you!

8th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We used B&G as a letting agent for a rental property in Solihull. They were, from beginning to end, beyond terrible , bordering on grossly incompetent. I don't have the time or patience to write a comprehensive list of complaints here ( such as having to chase rental payments ), but feel free to contact me if you require more information. I do however feel it my duty to leave honest feedback where required. I give one star, only because giving no stars is not an option.
