17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Valuation was too high and we went ahead with it thinking we will get the best value but after 8 weeks we took matters into our our hand and reduced the price by 10% . A huge drop but the property was empty and we needed to sell it . You need to do a bit if research yourself before finalising the estate agent .
20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Been with this company 10 years pay them a fee joint 2017 and in 2023 i got a letter saying you owe 20 grabd for council tax the first tenant owed over a grand to council and i ended up paying that coz debr collectors came banging on the door.i told bobby i shudnt be liable he goes oh u win some u loose some i pay them a fee every month to get a service its not like im gambling .lately my payments not been on time so now iv got bad credit coz they never zrnt my rental mony to pay my loan.i never had this problem when suki eas working at love yr post code she was so good alwayz asked my permision if i wanted something fixing and alwayz provided plumber recpiets shr was so fast and promt and her calculations were always correct im very disapointed in the service im getting

6th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided. Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues. The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

Nicole did everything she could to help me over this very difficult time. She was kind, efficient and extremely conscientious; she instantly understood the difficulty and contacted the people concerned immediately, dealing with them with impressive tact and diplomacy whilst ensuring the best result for me that she could.<br><br>I am extremely thankful to Nicole for dealing with this with such thoroughness, honesty and integrity which nowadays is quite rare.<br><br>I cannot recommend Nicole and the lettings department highly enough to anyone who requires property management or is a prospective tenant.

After having my property on the market with a different agent, I was delighted when they managed to sell it after just the first viewing! What really stood out was the excellent communication. They have always kept me updated throughout the sale and continue to be incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout the process. I’m really pleased with the service I’ve received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

24th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)This had been a difficult situation for the family, selling our mother and father’s family home and clearing the house.<br>Greens have been extremely helpful and successful for selling the property as it had taken over a year with this government and properties moving slowly. We did have it advertised with another company without and viewing. We moved to Greens and within 3 day started getting a steady flow of viewings each week and then the sale.<br>All the staff were very good about managing the viewings and advised us at every opportunity once feedback was received.<br>Thank you guys and all your staff that have been involved with this difficult process for our family.<br>Kindest regards Lee and family

We bought a house with them in 2011, another house in 2024 and sold one in 2026.<br><br>We've spoken so much over the last 6 months, I feel I should be invited to their Christmas Party!<br><br>Anyway, great agent who I've enjoyed dealing with and they sold my house in this crippling market!
