They sold it quickly, at a good price, and kept us informed during the whole process. Really refreshing after being a bit disillusioned with the whole thing! Thanks so much, especially to Vanessa and Vicki who were wonderful.
22nd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)We use the Grove to sell our property in cradley heath. Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!
27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Our family have a long connection with Fraser Wood where they have managed the lettings of a number of properties in Rushall near Walsall. They have very smoothly helped us find buyers whenever a property became vacant and we needed to put them on the market, or have helped us do the necessary renovations and upgrades to attract good tenants. It is a pleasure to deal with every department in the company as they are so knowledgeable, give sound advice and tell it how it is - which makes decision-making so much easier. It is rare to find a company where you can build a deep relationship and earn trust. Fraser Wood is one of those rare companies so we highly recommend them.

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently moved in to a property let by Dixons, Edgbaston branch. Rent is £950 per month. Upon moving in, we had no working fridge/freezer for 4 months. It had last been PAT tested in 2017. Fridge was connected to the supply through a hole in the wall, which is quite clearly not legit.<br>Landlords were not sorting issues, and we had essentially been let an unsafe, unchecked flat, with a knackered fridge/freezer. Landlords had stored it in an internal cupboard to hide extent of the damage.<br>Went in branch to discuss with Dixons. They said we were on our own. All they do is let the property, and then will have nothing to do with any issues...<br>But you rented this property to us, declaring it was ready to move in? The kitchen tiles are cracked, cupboards hanging off walls and we're left to deal with the disruption of repairs etc.<br>They'll rush you in, take your money, and leave you in a flat that's quite clearly unsafe and needed fixing before new tenants moved in. Would not use again and will definitely not be recommending to anyone.
13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately, very poor customer service. I accidentally got the date of my viewing mixed up and missed the appointment. I accept responsibility for this and was more than happy to apologise and rearrange.<br>However, an hour later I received a call from the estate agent informing me that I had missed the appointment. The way I was spoken to was extremely rude and the agent actually hung up on me.<br>I then called the office myself to apologise and see if the viewing could be rearranged. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was also very rude and told me that I had “wasted their time”.<br>I completely understand that missing an appointment is inconvenient and I accept my mistake. However, there is a professional way to deal with customers, and I found the attitude of both staff members completely unacceptable.<br>I was genuinely interested in the property, but after this experience I would not use this estate agent and would not recommend them.
23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I’m tired of the spam emails, I receive about 10 emails a day, it’s ridiculous! I’ve called several times to have my details taken off whatever system it’s on as I’ve never enquired or had any business dealings with them yet they continue to email me.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)My experience with Northwood Birmingham has been disappointing and frustrating.<br><br>?Communication is consistently poor. Emails and phone calls go ignored, and getting a response requires chasing them repeatedly for weeks. It feels completely unprofessional, especially when you expect basic courtesy and responsiveness in return.<br><br>?More importantly, their property management standards are unacceptable.<br><br>After the tenants moved out, the property was left in a miserable condition. As a landlord paying for management, you expect your property to be looked after, but Northwood fell far short.<br><br>?I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their customer service and inspection standards.- 25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Absolutely discussing treatment from this branch, house was paid for by buyer on a Monday morning and its 3pm on Tuesday and still no money has been received because of the incompetence of the staff at this branch

The whole process wasn’t easy, and there were times when I genuinely thought it might not work out but they both worked so hard to keep things moving. Julia was always calling, updating me and chasing things up, and Bash was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. I could really see how much effort they both put in, and I truly appreciate everything they did to help make it happen. I would definitely recommend Prime Estate Agents. Thank you both so much!

They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Guiding me every step of the way and answered any questions I had or if I had any difficulties she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond with the move ensuring everything was perfect for when I moved in. I am very grateful for her help and the smoothness of which this happened I am very happy with it all from Martin and co but Leigh ecspecially, thankyou!!!

22nd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Very poor customer service and inconsistent information shared by staff. I would not reccomend for tenants, they are very difficult to receive a response from. Ensure everything is in writing for your own records.<br><br>I asked repeatedly for information on my deposit return and was told it would be given back within 30 days of leaving the property. Only after this month had passed, Sunny attempted to blame me and one of the other girls leaving the property for not resolving this sooner, despite my repeated attempts. He then attempted to retain my full deposit and the deposit of the new tenant for the same room.<br><br>Absolutely disgusting customer service for something they failed to process in due time and maintain clear and consistent records with the outgoing tenants and the new tenants.
9th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.

I will not forget the amazing Hassan Ahmed for guidance, showing me endless options to choose from, not rushing me, allowing me make my decisions . You guys are the best, I will sure recommend Connells to anyone, cos they have the most amazing and professional staff.
