They kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Their effort and professionalism made me feel genuinely valued as a buyer.<br><br>I would not hesitate to use Paul Carr again and, more importantly, they would be my first choice if I was selling a property. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional.<br><br>Every member of the team has been friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and that’s exactly what you hope for when buying a home.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process, but we never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions. 15th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We have just ended our tenancy in Castle Donington to buy our own home.<br>We have had great service from Cottons, and the landlord was excellent. The house was pristine (the way we returned it too) , he was very responsive to any of the minor repairs that needed to be complete during our tenancy, I'd highly rate 72 Station Road, if you are thinking of renting it!<br>We dealt with Charlotte for the check out inspection and she was very helpful, arrived from Birmingham on time and was bubbly and enthusiastic.<br><br>thanks all.

Would definitely recommend using if you want a more personal service with weekly updates and a dedicated person like Gags on hand to contact when required

I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

16th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Oliver Jones helped us sell our property in Oxley and we got over asking price, his response times on everything and anything were spot on. Always knew where we were in the process. Clear, quick answers via WhatsApp/call, the Slade computer system of sending through viewings/offers/information was really clear and helpful. I can't recommend Slade enough. Would definitely use again if I went through this in future.
