From the first valuation and all the information and guidance I was given, to the viewing that sold it to my buyers, I felt 100% confident with Brand Vaughan as my sale agents. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

19th Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)I would not recommend using this service if you're looking to sell your house quickly. My experience was frustrating and disappointing. The process was much slower than expected, with no sense of urgency. The marketing strategy seemed ineffective, and it felt like my property was just another listing with no special attention given. If you're on a tight timeline or need to move fast, I suggest looking elsewhere for a more proactive and responsive service.
26th May 2024 (6 mo. ago)So far not great at the moment everytime i phone person upstairs who I wont name get on the offences and then put the phone down on me. When I ask questions about property we our trying to buy. And offer have been excepted.

26th Sep 2024 (10 weeks ago)I rented a property from belvoir for 1 year. It was a nice house and our property manager Julia was lovely. We informed her about the tap & shower leak and the hole where the heater supposed to go but no repair has been done. We had taken house insurance as well. But we had a small burn on the vinyl flooring which was informed to belvoir on the day it happened. And they took 400 pound from our deposit. Fair enough, no complaints. But when my partner asked for their reference to move to a new house, belvoir showed their nasty behaviour and gave a bad reference so he didn’t get the house. It was clearly unprofessional and if it had costed more they could have taken more money off the deposit but after taking money and insurance this was very much uncalled for.

16th Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)We have only been at Lettings angels since July, however they have been brilliant so far! As soon as we report something they’re at the house straight away to fix it, have replaced old mattresses for us and any other requests we’ve had- they’re so on it! The girls at the office are so friendly, so would definitely recommend to anyone who is uncertain about what landlord to go for next year!

When issues, such as a leak that sprung, a broken fridge and faulty lights were raised they were dealt with quickly. House could have been in somewhat a better state, with some rooms not being thoroughly cleaned and some faulty appiances, but overall good for the price of the rent. However a key was misplaced before our tenancy started, and still has not been found. Overall adequate student accommodation and a good service

I first met Jan to value the property, he was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in the company and team. The marketing and sales process was efficient, and I was regularly updated throughout on viewings and offers. Finally with a very robust sales progression process, we exchanged on the sale in a very good time frame. Overall very impressed with all the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

26th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)We didn't end up purchasing with David Baker due to unforeseen complication near to completion, however we feel we need to write a review on how good they're. Most estate agents view every interaction as a single event and can be quite abrupt and unprofessional, some even lying about houses and offers and don't appreciate even if you're not a customer of theirs at this time, you could well be in the future. I'm glad to say this is not the case with David Baker. Craig,Charles,Debbie were great - whilst they obviously put the vendor 1st, they treated every viewing & communication with us in a very professional way. Even though we didn't purchase with them we have already recommended them twice to friends and they would definitely be our 1st point of contact if we ever come to sell our house in Penarth in the future. Their staff are really a credit to their company

2nd Sep 2024 (13 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

5th Jul 2024 (21 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
29th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't thank Wayne, Nick and Anita enough for all their hard work. We missed out on our forever home last year, which to our surprise came back on the market with Wayne. Wayne managed to get our property straight on the market and sold it first viewing, we are now in our forever home. For an A class service I would highly recommend using Wayne Lewis to sell your home. All go above and beyond for you and are all really lovely to deal with. Thank You Sian and Steve
