Being a first time landlord with no idea on how to get started renting my property, they were and have continued to be super informative, supportive and always on hand to reassure & answer any questions I have. Even when the pressure was on with a tenant leaving early, they somehow managed to find a new tenant & have contracts signed within 24hrs of listing. Outstanding service from the team! They were fantastic throughout, in particular when my buyer dropped out, they were able to find me a new buyer within about 24 hours. Annamarie was very friendly and great at keeping me updated throughout the process too. A special mention too for Simon, he is so knowledgeable about houses in the area that I was looking at buying. It seems like he knows the history and details of almost all houses in Whitchurch! He was also very patient when I asked him for advice about properties I was interested in and helping me find what I was looking for.

Claire (Williams) was also very effective progressing my sale. They both engaged with ne fully and no query was too small. Really pleased with communications throughout. Rhys specifically was always on hand to answer questions, explain the various processes of buying a house and even helped to organise further viewings to ensure we were comfortable and confident in our decision. Highly recommend!

As soon as we report something they’re at the house straight away to fix it, have replaced old mattresses for us and any other requests we’ve had- they’re so on it! The girls at the office are so friendly, so would definitely recommend to anyone who is uncertain about what landlord to go for next year!

If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

26th Oct 2024 (5 mo. ago)We didn't end up purchasing with David Baker due to unforeseen complication near to completion, however we feel we need to write a review on how good they're. Most estate agents view every interaction as a single event and can be quite abrupt and unprofessional, some even lying about houses and offers and don't appreciate even if you're not a customer of theirs at this time, you could well be in the future. I'm glad to say this is not the case with David Baker. Craig,Charles,Debbie were great - whilst they obviously put the vendor 1st, they treated every viewing & communication with us in a very professional way. Even though we didn't purchase with them we have already recommended them twice to friends and they would definitely be our 1st point of contact if we ever come to sell our house in Penarth in the future. Their staff are really a credit to their company

18th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)Flying Keys have been amazing through out, we moved from Sri Lanka to UK in 2023, then in 2025 we have left UK and moved to Australia, until to date, communication has been splendid, these guys go out of their ways to help in every way. I have spoken to them from Sri Lanka before departing and after leaving UK I have spoken to them from here in Australia the communication is still the same. There is one puticular person who stands out from the crowd, that's Jaz, she has been incredible throughout and help us in many ways, I have no words. She is a big asset to the company, and previledged to have her in their team. Jaz was very practical and helped us through out our tenancy with utmost urgency. We have reached out to her from Australia after we left the property, she still revert back to us in lightening speed, gave us good refferals so it helps us immensely in securing a property here. Flying keys have been tremendous for us, we really are going to miss you guys. We have found a special place in our hearts for the Welsh people. Truly remarkable community. Cheers Gayathri & Roshane
