Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

Communication was brilliant, all very helpful and happy and obviously take great pride in their jobs and the service they provide. Moving house is very stressful but the whole team took a lot of the stress away for us and made moving an enjoyable experience. From all our family we are extremely grateful to them.

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)All the staff at the Knutsford branch have been amazing. Dev, Frances and Doug, have been a huge help, professional, friendly and on the ball, throughout. They have always been on hand to take our calls and answer emails, did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and we were really impressed with their photography skills, the home video and the advert in general. We sold the house and Dev especially, has stuck with it, every step of the way. Regularly calling us with updates, chasing for things to push along the progress and seen it right through to the end. He's always been on hand for help and advice, and has been spot on, with everything. Thanks to you all, so much. You are all very dedicated and hard working. And all very nice and personable, people. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very happy to leave them to let my properties over a number of years. I would certainly be happy to recommend them to anyone.<br>They have also been extremely helpful in the recent sale of a property for me and, again, I would certainly recommend them.

Also appreciated their seamless interaction with their lettings colleagues to line everything up from tenants vacating the property through to sale completion.- 7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)James and the team at Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow did an outstanding job selling our home. It was a unique property at a high price point, so finding the right buyer and understanding what made the house special was really important. They got it right, achieving the full asking price in a really good timeframe (it sold within 2 weeks and completed 8weeks later) and we’re absolutely delighted with the result.<br><br>A special mention to James, who managed the sale and was a huge support throughout. Selling a home you’ve put so much into is a big deal and we’re very grateful to him and the team for helping us move on to our next chapter. Communication between buyer / seller and agent to iron out any problems was second to none.<br><br>I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling in Wilmslow. A brilliant sale and best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with.

29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Avoid at all costs – Predatory, unprofessional, and condescending<br><br>I would highly discourage any tenant from renting with Northwood. Throughout our tenancy, staff were consistently condescending over the phone whenever we called regarding an issue.<br>After we moved out, they ignored our emails for weeks, then out of nowhere attempted to claim our ENTIRE deposit. They invented astronomical fees for a full-house deep clean, gardening, and damage.<br>Their claims directly contradicted their own official checkout report, which had already marked the bedrooms and living spaces as perfectly acceptable. Their contractor's invoice even illegally tried to charge us for the landlord's statutory smoke alarms!<br>When we raised an official TDS dispute, an agent actually called my wife at her workplace to try and intimidate her into dropping the claim.<br>We stood our ground, and the independent TDS judge instantly saw through their inflated figures, slashing their demand down and legally awarding us 70% back.<br>Be warned: they will treat you poorly on the phone, invent fake charges, and try to bully you into letting them keep your money. Keep everything in writing, take screenshots, and always use the TDS dispute process to protect yourself.

Friendly, polite and very professional in her manner - very knowledgeable about the property but any questions she couldn't answer - she got back to me promptly with the said answers. I would be more than happy to view with Paige again.

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Cherrie went above and beyond to answer my questions and allow me to fully explore the house on the first viewing of the property I eventually bought.<br>After both my initial offers were rejected by the vendor, Emma contacted me as soon as the first sale fell through, inviting me to make a further offer. Thereafter, she always provided prompt and courteous replies to all my emails and provided an appropriate amount of chasing of both me and my solicitor to ensure the sale could progress without any significant delays. Whilst the exchange of contacts/completion wasn't as stress free as I'd have hoped for, this wasn't any fault of Alan Lee. The fact remains that I still managed to move in to my new home less than 8 weeks after having my offer accepted. I'm extremely grateful to Alan Lee for their part in making this happen.
