The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again

From our first viewing right through to collecting the keys, Amanda and Helen were professional, friendly, accommodating and incredibly helpful. They kept us informed throughout the process, responded quickly to any questions and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their excellent communication and attention to detail really stood out and we always felt valued as tenants. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

She did what any good agent should do which is keep in contact with all the parties involved in the chain as well as chase the respective solicitors. She was excellent in her communiction with us and dealt with any issues that arose. I'm a Director in a national property firm so expected a high standard of service. Ella excelled.

24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I’m basing this review solely on the service provided from Natalie Tunnicliffe. I was unfortunately unsuccessful in renting a house by a different estate agent at the Hanley branch and was advised by that particular agent that I should receive my holding deposit back as it was through no fault of my own. I tried to email 2 days ago for this to be refunded but had no response, eventually got through to Natalie and she had this resolved within a few hours and explained that the prior estate agent advised that I wasn’t getting the deposit back however Natalie went above and beyond and enabled me to get this back.
