17th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)We had a really positive experience working with Raveen and the Landmark team over the past 18 months while selling our house. We spoke with several agents in the area before deciding to appoint them and they stood out from the very beginning as the most professional and well-organised. From our initial contact Raveen was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. The process ended up being quite a long one due to issues with some difficult tenants who were being managed by another agency. Despite this Raveen remained incredibly patient and handled everything calmly and professionally. They also went above and beyond by helping us arrange decorating and various odd jobs to get the property ready for market which made a real difference. Raveen’s communication was excellent throughout she was always reliable, supportive and never pushy. We always felt well looked after and confident that we were in safe hands. A huge thank you to Raveen and the team at Landmark for all their hard work and patience! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raveen and the Landmark team to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property!

From the very first moment I approached them to sell my flat in St Johns Wood, they showed real commitment and care, always making sure everything was handled efficiently. Jessy Kattar, the sales manager, went the extra mile, not only in managing the sale process but also in stepping in during some quite complicated legal matters. Jessy worked closely with solicitors, helping to resolve issues, keep communication flowing and ensure the transaction moved forward without unnecessary delays. Not to mention that I was very impressed with how she handled the negotiations with confidence and professionalism and ultimately achieving the best possible price for my property. Her dedication and hands-on approach made a big difference throughout what can often be a stressful process. 23rd May 2019 (6 years ago)Lived in property of which Devonshire estate agents were who we came to instead of landlord for help. Would not recommend to anyone. Very quick to take money for fees and rent but that’s all. Complained for months and nothing ever got resolved. Very unhappy with their service

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises.
