They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.
All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open
Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.
And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????

Richard helped us to navigate the whole process really effectively really good clear and efficient communication. Nothing was to was much trouble. Richard ensured the sale was completed in good time and was always communicating with all parties involved and kept us informed every step of the way.
He is personable, reliable and someone you can trust. Would highly recommend RL Morris to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area as you will recieve a more personal service then that offered by some of the larger chains.

14th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT trust this company if you are a renter. We moved into a flat with the stated intention of living there longterm, and as soon as we moved in, there were serious and major safety issues (exploding plug sockets, broken appliances, dangerous floor-level windows that opened to a sheer fall).
Despite our intention to stay longterm, the landlord clearly had no intention of actually doing his job. He was slow and unresponsive on high-priority repairs, and the HSC staff were little help. He put the house on sale within a few months of living there, then issued a no-fault eviction notice, which rendered most of our time in the flat into a de facto show home.
Aside from the general rudeness and incompetence of the staff, it is crystal clear to me that — if you are a renter — Hurford Salvi Carr have no interest in you, other than to siphon as much money out of you as possible.
Avoid at all costs.

Update - they recently handled a very tricky tenant, got the place sorted out, offering smart advice about which jobs needed doing. Then they got solid tenants in quickly for a good rent.
I think they are a good bet for tenants as well, as their focus is always on providing decent accommodation that people want.
Strongly recommended.

7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!

Both the tenants and l receive a very personable service which you do not often find these days. I have complete trust in the company, they are reliable, honest and trust worthy and keep me up to date with current legislations and anything that l need to do/know in regard to renting out a property. Very highly recommend.
