Despite the difficulties of the situation, they remained patient, supportive, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Even in what was clearly an unpleasant and challenging circumstance, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. It was clear that they truly had my best interests at heart and were committed to helping in every way possible. Tyrese and Megan were outstanding, and I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication they showed. Their support did not go unnoticed.

26th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I am assisting my son in buying his first property and having enlisted with several agents only William from Douglas Allen has made the effort to actively contact me about possible properties and follow up on leads. His service and attention to detail were second to none and his friendly approach made me feel comfortable. Through his hard work we have managed to secure a property on the first weekend of viewings. Here’s hoping the transaction goes through but I am confident that if it doesn’t he will quickly be back on the case. I would have no hesitation in using his services to sell my property when the time comes.

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

He was highly professional and clearly very experienced, guiding us confidently through every stage of the process. We felt completely supported throughout conveyancing, as well as helping us understand aspects of the surveys and even helping to support with our own chain. Josh kept everything on track and made the process feel extremely smooth and stress free as there were aspects we wouldn’t have been able to deal with ourselves as first time buyers. I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion
