3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I have just sold my property with Cope & Co and could not recommend enough!<br>I opted for Cope & Co over other agents in my area as I loved Cope & Co's marketing, but what won me over was how personable the team are. Sean has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of listing the property and carrying out a number of viewings. Hannah has great in supporting with offers and providing support once an offer was accepted.<br>They both made the selling process a lot less stressful and helped in achieving a really quick sale from start to finish.<br>Thank you so much to Sean, Hannah and the sales team at Cope & Co.

21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Our property was valued in March 2025 by Argyle. We did realise this was higher than two other local Agents, but Argyle had been recommended to us so decided to go with them, albeit at a lower price than the valuation. Their terms and conditions, photos and video was superior to other Agent's examples. Our property was individual in its design and Argyle were the only Agent who took this into consideration on the valuation.<br>Our property took a long time to sell and we lowered the price again when it sold quickly. Unfortunately that fell through further down the chain, but it sold again fairly quickly. Our chain had a difficult buyer further down, but we found that Helen worked tirelessly to see this to completion. The phone was always answered quickly and calls were logged in such a way that others in the office could always answer the queries even when Helen was not there.

From the very beginning, when I first called to arrange a viewing, right through to the day we collected the keys, Ali was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive.<br><br>He consistently kept us updated at every stage and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed about what was happening. In fact, there were several occasions when Ali had more information and was able to give us clearer updates than our own solicitor!<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having someone so approachable, responsive and genuinely helpful made a huge difference. Ali was always happy to help, answer questions and keep things moving, and we really appreciated his support throughout the whole process.<br><br>We would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.<br><br>The entire team were approachable, efficient, and genuinely committed to making the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning of our house purchase Libby has been absolutely brilliant — incredibly helpful, responsive, patient and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout what has been quite an emotional rollercoaster of a house purchase!<br><br>Libby has gone above and beyond to keep us informed, answer all our questions and help us navigate the ups and downs of the process. She has always made us feel like she genuinely cares about helping us find the right home for our family, rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>We also wanted to say a big thank you to David, who has been absolutely fantastic. He has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to the mortgage side of things. If you need someone who knows their numbers, David is definitely your man!<br><br>My husband works awkward shifts as a paramedic, so we naturally thought it might be difficult to arrange appointments, but David was incredibly flexible and more than happy to work around our schedule and go an extra mile. As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

I was liaising with Maisie throughout & she was always very helpful, friendly & prompt with her responses when I had any queries. She took the time to go through the initial application form with me & provided me with good recommendations for a solicitor & property surveyor. As a first time buyer it was a bit of a nerve-wracking process but to know I had someone I could contact & get quick answers from really helped. I can definitely recommend Newton Fallowell for house purchases.
