24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Absolutely brilliant team, we had the pleasure of working with Mr Bulent, during our letting application he went above and beyond and was completely supportive and informative throughout the whole process. Mr Bulent is without a doubt the key foundation at Peter Barry , and we held every confidence with them due to his presence and conduct. The viewing to completing contracts was as easy as 1.2.3. My partner and I highly recommend and cannot praise them and him especially enough. Thank you guys for impeccable service. 5 stars simply ain’t enough. ????????

They have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are quick to respond to queries. They engage with their individual clients to understand their needs thus making it easier to resolve any issues that may arise and offer straightforward solutions and advice. Special shout out to Zack, Angelo and Tunay (for assistance with licensing)

They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.
11th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)We were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”. Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.
