My wife and I were tenants of a property managed by Peter Barry over five years ago. Recently, my wife purchased a unique designer handbag online, only to discover that her account still had our old address stored. As a result, the package was delivered to our former property.
I contacted Peter Barry in the hope that someone might be able to assist, and thankfully Dhiya immediately understood the situation. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to contact the current tenants and facilitate arrangements for me to collect the handbag safely and conveniently.
This was a particularly important purchase, as it was a rare, one-of-a-kind item that would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, to replace. Dhiya's willingness to help, combined with her proactive and compassionate approach, turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.
We are genuinely grateful for the support we received. Dhiya demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness throughout, despite the fact that we had not been tenants for many years.
