2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

19th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)I was advised to interview a few estate agents which I did but within in the first 5mins with Josh from Sell Right I knew I would be in safe hands . He came with a portfolio of properties he had sold in the local area and some in the same Crescent . His approach was just perfect . The video of my house was really impressive , the write up was realistic which meant viewers weren't disappointed. Ben was also professional and very easy to talk to . After just 4 viewings it was sold . Not at the final stage of this yet but hopefully will be no setbacks . Amazing team + highly recommended Sell Right .to any potential sellers. Those 5 stars were easy to rate .

1st Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

3rd Sep 2026 (19 days ago)We bought our old house through Allen and Harris which was a painless process, but the easiest, and often funniest experience, was getting our mortgage sorted with Liam. He was brilliant from start to finish, wonderfully professional and we went back to see him immediately when we sold our house six years later. Great sense of humour and no faffing around. Would highly recommend talking to Liam about your mortgage, even if you aren’t buying or selling through A&H. Great experience all round and will see him again for our remortgage.

- 1st Sep 2026 (21 days ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.
