The staff were always easy to contact, and the landlord was also very friendly. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. Highly recommend them to anyone. Big salute! ??????

Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x
4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!- 25th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Dawson's were professional throughout and the agents were fantastic, we are very grateful to them, thank you. They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

5th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)*Donot choose this agent , I am doing this review 3 am in the morning as I am so frustrated and having sleepless nights . As<br>*The tenant was not properly vetted.<br>* Peter Alan failed in their duty of care.<br>* They continued to support the tenant despite repeated breaches of the tenancy agreement.<br>* I have suffered financial loss because of their actions.<br>* No responsible person or assigned to sort out things , I spoke to letting agent , customer service, accountant department and rent department. No one knows how to sort out the issues.- 7th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Not happy at all with the service at all I’d made an offer to view a property I was the first person to enquire about it. I then had a phone call on the day of the viewing 2 hours before to say the landlord hadn’t given the keys yet so they would let me know by 12 on that day to say if it’s being rescheduled or not. I had no phone call I had to phone 3 times to get hold of them until eventually answered at 11:59 and said it had to be cancelled bare in mind my viewing was at 1pm that day I’d been told I’d be contacted to view the property and I’d be first in line. I’d not heard anything for a day or so so in total I’d called 15 times over the last 6 days with no answer at all to find out today when they’d finally answered the phone the property has been given to someone else. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I had to call and find out myself and the women on the phone said all I can do is apologise when I’d stated an apology isn’t going to get me the viewing for the house? I’m not happy with this and I will be taking it further as I even mentioned on the phone when she’d cancelled that I’d accept it without a viewing.

Given the current market constraints would have assumed an agent would at least get back to a potential buyer with a response to their offer……- 6th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic Chris and Morgan were!!! we needed a property within a week as we were had place lined up to rent but they pulled their property off market. They recognised the urgency in our predicament and managed to pull a rabbit out the hat and find us a place to let on show short notice... Unfortunately my buyer pulled out the following day and didn't go through with rental... Non the less the work and effort they did was tremendous.
