2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.
7th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I viewed multiple properties with Peter Allan and the whole team was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Teigan for any property viewings, as she was very outgoing and could answer any of the questions i brought forward about the property.

Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x
4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!
21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)As landlords, we constantly suffer from tenants who don't pay their rent and eventually leave the property with thousands of pounds' worth of damage, whilst getting away with it with impunity.<br>I obviously needed to change my letting agent to find one with a more professional approach to finding tenants.<br>From the moment I started speaking to Adam Severn of James Douglas, in Cardiff, it was clear that he knew what he was talking about and introduced me to modern concepts that take the heavy lifting away from letting out my properties.<br>I didn't realise that these days there are things that can be put in place to help take the stress away from landlords.<br>Adam's can-do approach has left me feeling relieved that, at last, here is a letting agent I can trust.<br>Obviously, we are at the beginning of this journey, but it's an impressive start!
7th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)The young guy Finlay that showed us around a house we were interested in is fantastic, very very nice guy. However!! Jade the manager of Peter Alan in talbot green could do with learning some manners and is an obstructive argumentative person who I or my partner will never deal with again! We had an appointment booked for 12 to see a financial advisor and appointments before hand to see a house! The manager Jade called me at 10:05 to cancel our appointment at 12. I explained I wasn’t happy and that we had travelled from Rumney for this meeting but it’s no worries I will go elsewhere to seek financial advice. The manager Jade then called me a liar and stated back to me that I’m from tonyrefail and hadn’t travelled from Cardiff whatsoever, I tried to explain that my partner is from Cardiff and that I had travelled with her from there! Jade continued to overtalk me and point out that I hadn’t travelled from Cardiff for the 12 meeting as I was due for a viewing at 11 in gilfach goch so that I was lying to the fact saying I had travelled from Cardiff for the 12 meeting pointing out I would have had to anyway to view the property! A very aggressive argumentative individual who has now lost Peter Alan a customer or more as I will let everyone I know what kind of person they have there managing that particular outlet/shop! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour by a woman in her 40’s that should have a little more decorum about her and not call customers that have travelled for 45 minutes for a meeting a liar! 28th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Jodie was absolutely lovely to deal with and showed us around the property for a second viewing on a Friday in a heatwave, which is dedication to her job if ever I've seen it! They are a friendly team and have been on hand to answer any and all questions, and have kept the rental application moving fluidly throughout. We have been updated at every step of the way and it's been refreshing to deal with such a friendly team. I highly recommend Northwood Cardiff for tenants looking to move and I can't say a big enough thank you to Jodie for being a star during this process. I've been very recently bereaved during the moving process and being able to deal with kind and helpful people has alleviated some of the additional stress of this move. 10/10 ??????

They are personable and professional and enquiries were always answered promptly.<br>After a prior more negative experience with a different company, we felt that they listened to us and were invested in getting us moved promptly.<br>From valuations and discussion with Rich and Rob, to the seamless viewings with Nia, and especially Catrin and her patience and perseverance with the sale progression delays! We would highly recommend Tathams if you are looking to move soon!

If it wasn't for the proactive, knowledgeable and empathetic approach, we're not sure the purchase would have happened. The service really was outstanding. He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.
