Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish Kelly was excellent kept me well informed on what was going on and if she wasn’t available the onther members of staff were on hand and they didn’t know they would take time to find out. Thank you all involved with the purchase of my new home.

21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord- 28th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

11th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
28th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!

They treat both landlords and tenants with genuine care, and that makes all the difference. Communication is always clear and timely, and I’ve always felt confident that my properties and tenants were being looked after properly. It’s rare to find an agency that balances professionalism with such a human touch.<br><br>Highly recommended.

They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.

Viewings were handled very professionally, and we were given the time and space to look around the property without any pushy sales pressure, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Mel was always friendly, helpful and accommodating, including arranging return visits whenever needed.
