Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Always pleasant and helpful- 16th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Extremely disappointing response from the manager of Dawsons’ Sketty branch.<br><br>I contacted the branch because my friend’s rented property—managed by Dawsons—is approximately 30 seconds away and has a serious roof leak, with water now entering close to the electrics. The tenant cannot safely use the electricity or remain in her home.<br><br>I fully understand that this particular branch handles sales rather than rental maintenance. I did not expect the sales team to repair the roof. I did, however, expect a branch manager representing the same company to show some empathy, take the safety concern seriously and help secure an urgent internal response.<br><br>Instead, the reply focused almost entirely on distancing the branch from responsibility: I was told that it “deals solely with property sales” and that further correspondence should be directed elsewhere. The tone was curt and dismissive considering that a tenant had been forced to leave an unsafe property managed by Dawsons just seconds from the branch.<br><br>Passing an email to another department is the bare minimum. A serious potential electrical hazard deserved concern, ownership and an active escalation—not a corporate brush-off.<br><br>A company may divide itself into departments, but customers understandably see one Dawsons. The lack of empathy and urgency from the Sketty branch manager was appalling.

Carol was then really helpful and showed great perseverance to make our sale happen - thanks so much!

22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

12th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Renting through Sales & Lettings Angels was a thoroughly stressful and frustrating experience. We were handed over a property that already had pre-existing issues—including broken cupboards—yet they attempted to deduct money from our deposit for those exact damages when we left.<br>During the tenancy, we also had to deal with serious damp and mould problems. Although the issue was eventually resolved while I was living there, they tried to use the tenancy's end as an opportunity to hit us with unfair charges. Even though all keys were handed over properly, they tried to claim for "missing keys" and attempted to push excessive, unwarranted deductions out of my deposit.<br>Fortunately, the deposit was secured with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service), who conducted a fair and independent review and ultimately returned my money back. Their deposit claim process feels predatory and dishonest.

They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.

The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.

They are approachable and efficient with feedback after viewings.<br>We have used Calow Evans in the past and have no hesitation to recommend their services.- 16th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Contacted this branch 2 weeks ago today inquiring about a rental property that has been on the market since July, on behalf of a family member. The initial response was quick advising they would contact the landlord to see if they would accept pets (something they should have already been aware of) I emailed on the 7th September asking if they had received a response from the landlord and I have been completely ignored. Whether they didn’t actually contact the landlord or whether the landlord said no, I did not receive a courtesy email of any sort. If they didn’t even contact the landlord I do not know, however as a landlady myself, I would be very disappointed if the agency didn’t contact me regarding possible tenancy of my property is a sought after location, especially after being on the market for nearly 3 months.
