7th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Austin and Daphne sold our 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth in October 2025. They helped us at every step throughout the very stressful process. We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. His knowledge of the local area, combined with his extensive experience with similar properties, gave us complete confidence that we were in safe hands.<br><br>He wasted no time in securing an offer for our property, and we completed the sale well within the national average timeframe. Throughout the entire process, Farooq was attentive, knowledgeable and always kept us informed.<br><br>I would highly recommend Farooq and Glen Hall to anyone looking to sell a property in the New Southgate or Arnos Grove area. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

28th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

6th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had very bed experience. They are not help . If we can call them . They give very rude answers If are asking about the property what u r buying they not allowed to see . Just 1 or 2 time . I have so many problems about new property- 18th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Johns&Co at London City Island. From our very first conversation, we made it explicitly clear that parking was a requirement for us. We were initially shown a property with parking, shown the parking area itself, and then shown another property which we were told also included parking. Based on those representations, we proceeded and had our offer accepted. Only later did we discover — via a WhatsApp message from the agent Katie — that the property did not in fact include parking and that we would need to rent a space separately. This was clearly material information and something we had specifically stated was essential to our purchase decision. We would never have proceeded had the correct information been provided from the outset. What made the situation worse was the handling afterwards. We were initially told compensation would be offered, but after querying the amount, the local manager Elliot called to say we would receive nothing because the issue had been discovered “early in the process” and he did not believe anyone had done anything wrong. The overall attitude felt dismissive and lacking in accountability. We were left having wasted significant time and effort progressing a purchase based on inaccurate information, and ultimately had no choice but to withdraw. Buyers should be very careful to independently verify all “confirmed” information provided during the sales process.

She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole purchasing process and played such a big part in helping us secure our dream property.<br><br>Helen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and was on hand to give really insightful advice throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier!<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful that Helen played a part in helping us get there!

20th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)We’ve had a very positive experience with Waterfronts, particularly Mas. He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
