13th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)I've been renting a Brian Thomas property for around 1 year now and every interaction I have had has been positive so far. These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!

30th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.
3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Charlie was excellent during the letting process — punctual at the viewing, quick to answer questions, never pushy, and responsive throughout the negotiation. Full credit to him; if this review were only about renting the place, it would be five stars.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience as a tenant since moving in has been very different. Because of some rain my flat flooded badly, with dirty water coming through the ceiling and windows into every room. None of the emergency numbers in the tenant handbook were answered that night. In the days and weeks that followed I had to chase repeatedly; deadlines the agency set for itself came and went, and several of my emails — including one flagging what appears to be mould developing on my bedroom wall — went unanswered. Weeks on, the flat still hasn't been repaired or dried out.<br><br>Separately, several maintenance issues that were documented at move-in and promised to be fixed have stayed outstanding for months.<br><br>Great at getting you through the door; much less so at looking after you once you're a tenant.
12th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole purchasing process and played such a big part in helping us secure our dream property.<br><br>Helen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and was on hand to give really insightful advice throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier!<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful that Helen played a part in helping us get there!

He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.

He helped me both with renting out my property and finding a place to rent, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend working with him and ,of course, Winkworth. he is reliable, helpful, and will leave you with an excellent experience.

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

18th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had lovely stay at this property. It is an excellent location close to tube and bus stops, shops and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms were perfect size for our family. The flat was well stocked, had clear instructions and recommendations were provided and communication with James was excellent. James went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
