9th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.

25th May 2026 (25 days ago)We rented out & sold the property by The Estate Company. Very long selling process but Darren kept us aware all the way. He is a helpful & an excellent communicator. Appreciate their professional & friendly services, we have no hesitation to recommend.

He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. 9th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I am disgusted by the way [Cranbrook letting Ltd] treats people. We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."

In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
