Being new to the country, I was unfamiliar with the rules and requirements for securing accommodation, but Lilly from Foxtons Guildford was an absolute lifesaver. She went above and beyond her job description—she actually met me at the train station and drove me to several different viewings, which was incredibly helpful as I was still finding my way around. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me. As English is not my first language, I was worried about the complicated paperwork, but Lilly was so patient. She explained everything in very simple, clear terms so I felt confident in every decision. Even after the deal was closed with the landlord, she has stayed in touch to make sure I am settled. Although we weren’t in the position to buy in 2023, Dan always stayed in touch after giving us our initial consultation. Fast forward to 2026, Dan with all his expertise helped us understand our options and this time we started the journey properly! There aren’t enough words to describe the care aspect Dan has for his clients, it’s so personalised that sometimes I forget he works with others! We always felt like he put us first. Because of Dan alongside with the fantastic and professional recommended solicitors, we have been able to become homeowners in just 2 months of house viewing. The team at Roger Platt LE are all also very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Plus they make a great cup of tea for when you have an in person appointment! Would 100% recommend.

17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Morris Dibben Southampton and only wish I had chosen them sooner. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Jonathan Davis was realistic, professional, and knowledgeable during the initial meeting. The sales team (shout out to Lauren, Daniel, and Samantha) were always responsive, engaged, and provided prompt, helpful feedback after viewings. They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. A special mention to Russell for his care and attention throughout, and to Narinder, who oversaw the final stages of the process. Narinder was fantastic - keeping everything moving forward and providing reassurance during a time when things go quiet or slow down. Overall, a highly professional and supportive team. I would strongly recommend Morris Dibben Southampton. You’ll be in great hands every step of the way. Thank you all for your help in selling my property.

Most people would seek valuations from multiple estate agents but I decided this was not needed, Charters provided everything I needed. House moving is a stressful process and a professional and friendly estate agent makes the process easier.
