26th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)I have met Daniel Berber when I was looking for a place to rent. I’ve been here in the UK for 3months and it’s quite hard to search and look for house to rent. Of all the agents I’ve met, he’s the only one I’ve given a google review. This is because he is the BEST! He was incredibly communicative! Very warm and approachable. He will answer calls and emails and will keep you informed about the development/ progress. I would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to come back to him in case I need to search for properties to rent again. He is amazing! He also provided support beyond just the transaction/negotiation. His genuine care is within him and he is simply the best. Foxton is lucky to have him, same with all the clients he helped and he will help in the future. Keep it up Daniel!

He worked closely with the seller, both solicitors and us! He even managed it that we could exchange & complete on the same day! I would highly recommend Dominic & Avenue Estates southbourne !

3rd Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)I found Seymour’s rather slapdash in their communications, bad admin at best. E.G. I was copied into an email about me, ‘has she done…’ etc. and the emails were always calling me “Dear (insert surname)” rather than my first name. Not much thought put into it. I was recommended to use Seymour’s by a friend but she’d meant the Woking office as they are much better apparently. I changed agents and sold straight away too.
11th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Good impression first hand, knowledgeable experts and able to answer most questions, steady viewings to begin with, communication broke down, just no information on lack of viewings and when viewings where cancelled they did not inform us.

I would highly recommend them.They take pride in their sales and purchases, they help to relieve the stresses of moving house. We felt sure as soon as we met them that they were the right team, and our instincts were spot on. We used them to sell my elderly mother’s house where she had been for over 60 years. From the initial proceeding when John came to value the house to Selina and Kirsty showing prospective buyers around to Chantelle doing all the conveyancing at the end and all the rest of the team, they all put her at ease and very aware of unsettling but exciting the next chapter of her life would be.Chantelle is a godsend They were prompt in response to emails and made the whole process seamless with a professional demeanor when dealing with awkward buyers and slow solicitors. Everybody was there to lend a listening ear, offer up advice when I needed it and kept me abreast of any given situation. They all emit a sensitivity, understanding and kindness that help you smile in those stressful moments. When selling, he provided clear and constructive feedback from viewings, helping us understand what potential buyers were thinking and where we could improve. The professional photography he arranged really made our property stand out. On the buying side, Steve was invaluable during negotiations, always keeping us informed on the seller’s position and helping us make the right offer. As things progressed, there were challenges within the chain, and without Steve’s persistence in chasing other agents and keeping everything moving, we might not have completed at all.
