We cannot recommend Jude more highly, he’s amazing (even if he does play dead by daylight) thank you for everything!

23rd Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Lovely team but our home was over-valued and on the market for 3 months with 3 viewings. The office is local so local knowledge should be on point. The communication was always initiated by me to ask what we can do, reducing the cost, including social media etc Emails took a week to be responded to, if at all. Parted ways after 3.1 months and have missed out on the home we wanted to buy. Massive waste of our time, unfortunately.

We had such a stressful start to our house hunt and Lydia was kind, patient and remembered all the little details- right down to our dog’s name! It meant so much to us to have someone so lovely and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, it’s been an absolute pleasure being able to secure a house with you! From booking a viewing to moving in, Carly, Who was the agent responsible for managing the viewings and property while it was on the market for a new tenant, was simultaneously friendly and professional, and effectively communicated any and all details that were needed swiftly, and responded to any questions we had promptly. Me and my wife are very happy with the whole experience.
4th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I have rented with Davis Tate for the past 6 years, then in Feb I relocated to another Davis Tate property in a nearby village. The whole process was managed through Rebecca based in the Reading office. Despite there being quite a few hurdles during the process, Rebecca was excellent, communicating with me almost daily. I cannot thank her enough, moving is stressful, yet Rebecca made the process much smoother, remaining upbeat, calm and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.
