Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.

From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Unfortunately we weren’t successful in selling the property but the team were punctual, friendly and reliable. We did come close to making a sale and the team were great in terms of updates and how the process was managed. The only improvement for me was that I never saw our flat promoted as a premium placement on Rightmove/Zoopla, and I would have liked to have receive the monthly performance reports (I work with data so this may be a me-preference rather than what most people want. I requested it once but it was never proactively offered)

From the start, all the team members were respectful, on time, supportive, friendly and efficient.<br>Erin Mcnamara was incredible. She was quick to reply and find answers and solutions, within her possibilities, during the renting process.<br>Jack and Ella were patient, informative and very friendly during viewings and quick to reply.<br>Sam was extremely helpful during the contract signing, supporting me with the documentation and giving me some information on providers for the home, as I'm new to the UK.<br>The house was very presentable and clean from the start, and it was visible that it has been well taken care of.<br>Moving in is going to be exciting and made simpler thanks to the team. ??????

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a very positive experience with Wrights Estate Agents throughout the purchase of our property in Hatfield.<br><br>From the initial offer and acceptance through to exchange and completion, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The team were friendly, approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with, and they were always accessible whenever we needed assistance or clarification.<br><br>A special thank you to James and Greg, our sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Communication and follow-up made the transaction much easier and gave us confidence that things were progressing as they should.<br><br>We particularly appreciated the team's regular follow-ups and proactive communication. They were always willing to help and kept the process moving, which made what can otherwise be a stressful property transaction considerably more manageable.<br><br>The only minor area where I felt there could have been an improvement was at the point of completion. Although we were provided with the keys, it would have been even better if a member of the team had accompanied us to the property and walked us through the house. That said, this is a relatively small point and does not take away from the excellent service we received overall.<br><br>Wrights Estate Agents are a professional, reliable and approachable team, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Hatfield.<br><br>Thank you once again to James and the entire Wrights Estate Agents team for your help and support throughout our purchase.

Having rented multiple other properties previously with different agents, we can confidently say that Martin & Co are the best letting agents we have ever dealt with as tenants. They are friendly, highly approachable and attentive. Any issues we had with our property were swiftly dealt with. The property management is organised by the staff in the local office, meaning communication and organisation was so easy. They have also always been respectful of our busy lives and we feel they really cared about our experience as tenants. We would highly recommend renting a property through them and would also think they are an excellent agent to use as a landlord for property management. A refreshing experience!

They recently managed the sale of my late mother’s property in what has been a difficult market, with great professionalism and commitment. They were very pleasant to deal with and communication was good throughout the process. The fact that we eventually achieved a sum well over the asking price was an added bonus!

20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Firstly I like to thank Peter, Ted and Joe for being an absolutely friendly, super efficient and professional service they provided.<br>I started selling my house with another local company I was with them for 10 weeks and not one viewing. I was then recommended Peter Cuffaro from a friend and never regretted it.<br>Peter and his team are excellent from the start, from evaluation to completion.<br>Photos were very impressive (even I was tempted to buy my own house). They recommended a solicitor who they work with and have a great communication. The solicitor was also an excellent choice. The team showed people around my house with professionalism and respect to my home. Every step of the way I had good communication from them. If you asked a question they're knowledgeable with answers if they didn't know they'll find out and get back to you. Peter and his team did not just help the selling of my property they helped with the purchase of another which wasn't even in their area. Their goal was to take as much pressure of you and to make sure the transaction of both properties go through as smoothly as possible. Buying a property these days is a different concept to about 15-20 years ago, more stressful and confusing but this team helped me all the way.<br>If I could give them 6 stars I would.<br>Forget about other Estate agents in the area Peter Cuffaro is the only one to go to.
