1st Nov 2026 (6 days ago)I found my experience with this estate agent extremely disappointing. I felt the service was dishonest and unreliable, with a lack of transparency and professionalism throughout.
The property I was shown was in a very poor state, left filthy by the previous tenants, and certainly not presented to an acceptable standard. On top of this, I felt the asking price was considerably overpriced given the condition of the house.

Sultan has been helpful, friendly, professional and efficient, answering every question promptly and making sure we had all the information we needed at each step.

Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. From our very first contact, Sorrel has been absolutely wonderful, exceptionally efficient, professional, proactive and always quick to respond. Her communication has been excellent throughout, keeping us informed at every stage and making the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free.
What really sets Sorrel apart, however, is her lovely personality and great sense of humour! She manages to combine genuine professionalism with warmth, friendliness and a personal touch that makes dealing with her an absolute pleasure.

I have been a tenant at a property managed by Xavi and Co for the past five years, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of my experience with them.
From the very beginning, Ena, Kasia and Alberto have always been incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, communication has always been easy and personal, and throughout my tenancy I have always felt that I was dealing with people who genuinely cared about making everything as straightforward and stress-free for me as possible.
Five years is a significant chapter in anyone’s life, and this property has been a very happy home for me and my children. We have made some wonderful family memories here that I will always treasure. Having such a friendly, supportive and reassuring team at Xavi and Co looking after the tenancy has genuinely contributed to making our time here so relaxed and enjoyable.

We had a really positive experience buying our new home through RiverHomes Chiswick.
Jack, Phillip and Liana were all incredibly helpful throughout the process. Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.
Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.
We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.
We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.

From the very beginning, Harry was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.
What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up. Even after the tenancy was completed, he remained approachable and helpful, which reflects a genuinely high standard of customer service.

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.
