15th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Booked a viewing for a property I was interested in ls8, agent arrives late, rushed the guide of the house and had lack of information about the property, in the end I placed a bid then never heard from them after that, rang up a few times kept getting told I would get a call back, few months down the line I see the same house for LESS than my original bid, lost out on a sale due to poor customer service.

The property was clean, well maintained, and located in a quiet, convenient area with good access to local amenities and public transport. It was a comfortable place to live, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there.
One person who deserves special recognition is Holly, the Head of Brand. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely takes the time to listen. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded with understanding and professionalism, which made the whole tenancy experience much easier.
I also really appreciated how smoothly the move-out process was handled. I made sure to leave the property clean and in good condition, and my deposit was returned within a week of moving out. It was reassuring to see that the checkout process was fair and efficient, and that my efforts to look after the property were recognised.
Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend both the property and the agency to anyone looking for a well-managed home with a professional and supportive team.
