3rd May 2026 (8 days ago)First time moving house in 19years. Moving house has been the most stressful experience. The team at WW estate agents Ltd have been amazing. From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)I bought my house through Jan Foster Estate Agents over a year ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into an absolute nightmare because of the way this company operates and, in particular, because of the behaviour of Ashley, the agent I dealt with. From the very beginning, Ashley was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, showed no patience, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a client making one of the biggest purchases of my life. Simple questions were met with attitude, poor communication, or no response at all. At times, he was outright disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable in any profession, let alone estate agency. Communication throughout the process was shocking. I was constantly left chasing for updates, clarification, and basic information that should have been provided without me having to beg for it. Deadlines were unclear, things were poorly explained, and I was often left feeling confused and stressed because no one seemed to care enough to do their job properly. Instead of being supported and guided, I felt ignored and brushed aside. Buying a home is supposed to be handled with professionalism, respect, and care. Unfortunately, that was entirely missing here. The stress, anxiety, and frustration I went through could have been avoided if Ashley and Jan Foster Estate Agents had shown even a basic level of courtesy and competence. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Jan Foster Estate Agents to think twice. Based on my experience, they lack professionalism, respect for clients, and proper communication. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. This experience left a lasting negative impression and completely took the joy out of buying my home.

Our initial viewing was with Lauren, who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and able to provide great insight into the local area. Following this, Naish were very accommodating when we requested a second viewing, making the process smooth and straightforward. Once our offer was accepted, we dealt with Kim Riley, who was fantastic throughout. She played a key role in liaising between us and the vendors, helping to keep communication flowing and ensuring that queries were answered quickly. Her proactive approach undoubtedly helped to speed up the purchase process and likely reduced the workload on the solicitors as well. Overall, the team at Naish made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable, and we would highly recommend their service

Sharon was lovely on valuing our house, photographing, measuring etc. Ruby then took over handling most of the viewing arrangements and dealing with our sale, she was proactive at chasing follow ups and kept in contact with us regularly. We accepted an offer and completed our sale super quickly (within 4 weeks!) with Taylforths help - we can’t thank them enough, 5* service!
9th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I simply find Ornella and her service exceptional and I cannot praise her enough. Having previously had my property on the market for a long period with 2 other largely recognised estate agents, Ornella provided what was disappointingly lacking from the others, which simply put was a sense of personal care & responsibility. As soon as I met Ornella, it became clear that her personality, and passion for my property were going to be the pivotal change that I needed in order to achieve a sale. She shared my passion and agreed with what I thought my home was worth, without me mentioning any figures, which was refreshing that we marketed on what the home was worth and not just looking for a quick easy sale (this sounds obvious, but having had previous with other estate agents, this is not always the case, especially if a buyer is not found quick!) I had a lot of concerns as I had gone through the disappointment of this process twice before and she delivered on her promise and more that she was going to do everything she could to sell my property. Sure enough after 1 week, a buyer was found! However, it’s not just the help of finding a buyer with Ornella, it’s the constant care (and even after-care) that she provides throughout the whole process, it was refreshing to have someone just as passionate and keen as myself to progress the sale along. House sales can be stressful enough, but having someone who can be direct, honest, kind and super helpful by being their for you every step of the way and being a constant source of communication with regular and helpful updates is critical! I would highly recommend anyone to use Ornella and don’t make the same, naive mistake I made and waste time by using another Estate agent, just because they might be well known! Paul’s professionalism, knowledge and dedication were evident throughout, but what truly stood out was his constant availability and willingness to help.
