8th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)AWFUL MANAGEMENT, I gave my property to address and they are as close to a scam as you can get. They give you maintenance work that needs to be done on the property and then when you go and do your own quote you find they are charging you 3 times the average price. Once you get your own contractor they avoid your emails and calls and after asking to leave due to this they want to charge you a crazy amount. Debra on the phone stated we have tenants that want to move in but now that youve asked to leave im gonna give them to someone elses house. Clear negligence and I will be taking further legal action.

13th Jun 2024 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking. I’ve had several viewings with this company, some were fine and had no issues. But twice I had been told no offer could be placed until viewed, and then the same day as the viewing told offers were closed when I called to put in an offer. I have driven from Manchester to lpool for every one, and taken days off work. Waste of time. Other times no one responds to voice mails and messages left after numerous times trying to contact the company. It’s not worth it for the chance that their miscommunication and poor sales management is still the same.

Never answer their phone messaging service. You leave a message and no one gets back to you. Trying to sell my house with this going on is a nightmare. We are that disappointed we are going to another estate agents!

14th Sep 2024 (19 days ago)Please DONT use Clive watkin. Undervalued my property that was clearly worth a lot more, corrected and properly valued by the amazing staff at Logic. The pictures were awful, yellow tinge to them and appeared edited. Customer service was very poor, and rude staff who were very unhelpful. They were also selling my buyers property at the time, and when my buyers tried to get more money off the purchase price, Clive watkin encouraged them, and actually showed no interest or loyalty to myself (also their customer at thr time). I'll advise everyone to not use them. Ended up relisting my property with a proper estate agents (Logic on south road), and sold very quickly for a substantial amount more, they got me full asking price, and the service was brilliant!!

She greeted us at the viewing, and kept in touch ever since - throughout the application process and right up until we picked up our keys. She is great and a complete credit to the Woolton branch. 16th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)My partner scheduled a viewing for an apartment for today, and was told 9 minutes before the showing that it was unavailable. He emailed repeatedly for confirmation and called as soon as they opened to confirm. This seems incredibly unprofessional. I sympathize with the girl on the phone because she seemed genuinely apologetic, but 9 minutes before a scheduled showing is insane.

This is the second time Alastair Saville Estate Agents have sold a property for us & we would not hesitate to go to them again. They are so professional, hard working, helpful - always ensuring you are aware of what's happening & what the next steps are. We dealt directly with Anne-Marie who is so reliable, knowledgeable, supportive, approachable & nothing is too much trouble. The entire team are fantastic & we cannot thank them enough. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
