8th Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)AWFUL MANAGEMENT, I gave my property to address and they are as close to a scam as you can get. They give you maintenance work that needs to be done on the property and then when you go and do your own quote you find they are charging you 3 times the average price. Once you get your own contractor they avoid your emails and calls and after asking to leave due to this they want to charge you a crazy amount. Debra on the phone stated we have tenants that want to move in but now that youve asked to leave im gonna give them to someone elses house. Clear negligence and I will be taking further legal action.

Do you have a burning desire to have leaks and water issues, heating issues that go unanswered? then you have found your rental agency. Speak with Emily, the high priestess of word salads and deflection.They truly display a level of care and concern that is on par with inanimate objects. But the inanimate object, in my esteem, would still fare better in the area of common sense. THEY WORK FOR LANDLORDS' NOT TENANTS. JUST HAVE A LOOK AT THE DISMISSIVE RESPONSES THEY LEAVE TO FOLKS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS THE SAME TYPE OF DISMISSIVENESS AND DEFLECTION EMPLOYED TO CIRCUMVENT RESPONSIBILITY FROM ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LETTING.
23rd Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)This estate agents is terrible, ran by a bunch of kids who refuse to pick the phone up - clearly no hard work being done in the office they are never taking calls and take forever to come back with updates - avoid this branch - how does a business run without picking up the telephone it’s crazy
29th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Friendly and efficient customer service. I dropped by the office after viewing a property and was greeted by Megan who walked me through the letting process. Megan and her colleague Caroline followed up with my application right away and got me sorted. The front of office team is very adept and approachable.- 1st Dec 2024 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely atrocious and unprofessional. Lyons Estates are a much more professional company to deal with. I have no skin in the game in recommending Lyons, other than I am an extremely satisfied seller of theirs who had a shocking experience with this Entwistle Green branch as did some of my house viewers. My viewers reported up to three weeks of trying to arrange a viewing appointment as the comms were so bad. They also lied to viewers that an open house would be happening one weekend and to wait for that, which was absolutely not arranged. Blatant lies. I honestly would avoid.

Agents don't now nothing abouth property witch one have for let. Very hard contact witch agency not recommended. When agency won't get holding deposit ring too you 5 times every half hour when you try get any information you must ring 10 times meby who's answer or meby no

8th Nov 2024 (13 weeks ago)Horrible service from Brendan didn’t return a single call or email for a week then told me all shops I was interested in have been let out. I then got a friend to call on a different number and they were all available. He then told me to pay for the application and I can have but at this point I lost all trust. I decided to speak to neighbours of the shop and contact the landlord direct which saved me £2000 in fees with royal estates. I would advise to use this company for the location then contact landlords privately to do the deal. Thank me later.

Kate was fantastic throughout the process and enabled us to buy our dream home in a fast, trustworthy and enjoyable manner. 20th May 2024 (8 mo. ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
