14th Sep 2020 (5 years ago)I stayed with Croft Living in Belgravia for 6 weeks in July/August 2020. The apartment was reasonably priced, spacious and centrally located. Check-in was efficient, even during covid. Very responsive service by email in advance although 2 days before arrival i found out that linen wasn't provided. Luckily for a fee - they would provide sheets, not towels. Wish I had known that a bit sooner as we were moving from Australia to London and that gave almost no time to buy towels in advance. There were a few issues though so I don't think I would recommend them. First - mail security. You can get mail there but mail disappears. I did complain but management told me they are only responsible for inside the apartment, not the building. They said to complain to Royal Mail but as Royal Mail showed our items delivered, they were of no help. Other tenants also had mail disappear so there's obviously a security issue. I asked to see the CCTV and was told it wasn't working. If mail can't be secure inside a locked building, then I really worry about my personal safety and don't buy Croft's opinion that they are only responsible for inside the actual apartment. Other security issues - some very sketchy tenants in the building. Got up to run at 5am and saw a tenant coming home that day covered in blood. Next morning, going for a run at 5am, saw him moving out. Next thing you know - a lot of cops come into the building looking for someone. Makes you not feel too secure... Water pressure - the worst I have ever had in my decade of living in London. It was a trickle, at best. Croft did bring a new shower head but barely made an improvement. Impossible to wash long hair. I asked about it and was told that it's just London. Actually, no it's not. Lived here long enough. Buy a water pump that works and create pressure like most. Old furniture - couches and chairs were ripped and stained; carpet coming up in places; needs a paint job. Windows - all have child locks on them so barely open which means when it's 30 degrees, no air movement. Whilst all the windows let in fabulous light - it's stifling in a summer heatwave. We had to buy additional fans as the ones provided barely provide any movement of air. Garbage - got locked out once as someone changed the codes to the gates and never told residents. Luckily my partner was able to climb and jump over the fence to let me in. Overall, the apartment was k but i wouldn't rent through this company - too much 'we are only responsible for inside the apartment' and not enough concern for tenant safety or property.

23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.
25th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

23rd May 2026 (30 days ago)Selman Lettings handled the property well from the start, with the house being clean and ready when the keys were handed over. They were also helpful in arranging repairs shortly after moving in to address initial issues. During my time in the property, they were easy to contact and responsive in organising a handyman to attend and resolve issues with the heating system and boiler. A minor suggestion would be that, on a couple of occasions, initial requests for assistance were met with a recommendation to try resolving the issue myself. However, once the situation was explained, support was provided promptly.
7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 20th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.
