12th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????

From Renters View : Very Pathetic, may be 1 Star From Home Owner's View : Very Nice After all they must be getting from Home Owner's, and not from the people who rent through them. Why I say that, because the staff would only listen to Landlord, and never to the Renters. I have had lot of issues with the apartment that i am living in, i complained to them, and apparently they can't do anything. However, based on my conversation with Landlord which apparently they didn't like few words, i got an instant call from Chase Macmillan passing the feedback to me. I would have expected a similar level of openness from both sides. I doubt what kind of values as a company they have. Not at all customer friendly at least in my case !! The issues with the apartment continues though... it's been three months now ...
22nd Nov 2021 (4 years ago)some of the most reliable agents I've met! these guys are quick, they found my tenants in less then a week! super honest company, professional, great value for money. There knowledge on the property market is extradentary. would highly recommend to all landlords.

24th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Charlotte and her team went above and beyond presenting my house for sale and made excellent suggestions in staging it with clever additions. She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me. From the excellent photography and superb brochure - (and I can say I didn’t recognise my house as it was so good) Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding!
