Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Having rented a flat in Kensington with Thackerays for 2+ years, I can testify of their utter unprofessional conduct - regular email nagging, rude staff, lack of financial transparency, and to top it all they removed the terrace, with all my furniture on it, while I was away, without any notice of access or changes.
