Steven (owner) went above and beyond to help us and in the end we saved money rather than loosing. Would recommend.

Throughout this time, they have felt like family, consistently providing exceptional care and support. The team at the Brompton Road Agency has been outstanding, always responding promptly to any issues and resolving them within 48 hours. I am immensely grateful for their management and feel fortunate to have experienced 24 wonderful years under their leadership. I will sincerely miss each member of Orbiton’s management team.

Stella Lange is totally professional, and responsive, and proactive, and fair, and pleasant to deal with at every level - and best of all, seems to have the knack of finding really good tenants! I am so glad that I signed up with them.

3rd Jul 2019 (7 years ago)Was really glad to have chosen ProCities services. Everything went down really nice and smooth and more importantly quick. Communication’s via email and phone were also great and the overall process as a new tenant was fantastic and agents were very helpful at all times.

30th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)ReMax Caning town property sale team has totally disappointed us in every step of 6 weeks period of sale of our house and wasted our time. They made a good first meeting impression, compare to other 6 estate agents, which swayed us to go with them but from there it was total disaster. The listed cost of property was not discussed and advised properly, they agreed with our “wishful” house price to get us sign up with them, rather than advise against current market situation. The listing of our property has been unprofessional, copied twice with different prices and unmanaged even after countless requests. The availability of the sale team was getting worse every week up to the moment where weren’t able to reach anyone in four working days. We had very little or no feedback from them on any viewings of our property. Compare to our second chosen estate agents who were complete opposite on every step of successful house sale ReMax was terrible choice and I would recommend everyone with hope of smooth and quick property sale to AVOID ReMax estate agents altogether!!

They messed up my payslips and failed to do VAT returns properly - communication is also poor and they have no online accounting service (like QuickBooks) for you to view your accounts or any of the book-keeping. Half of the time they do not know what they are doing and I found myself having to chase them up for any and everything!
