30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in London for 5 years, in 4 different flats for the first 3, and in a flat managed by Proprium for the last 2. One might think that whoever manages your accommodation does not really matter — if so, think again. The first 4 agents I have dealt with have been very difficult and unaccommodating; let’s not get into specifics. Proprium on the other hand have been so helpful as soon as any issue has arisen, and it is a pleasure meeting them all in the staircase every day. Not sure if related to Proprium in any way, but it is as if everyone in the building are friends or part of a little community — never have I ever seen such a nice neighbour situation in London. Should I ever be unfortunate enough to have to move from the current flat, I would specifically call Proprium to see if they have anything available, before even checking Rightmove / Zoopla.

Throughout this time, they have felt like family, consistently providing exceptional care and support. The team at the Brompton Road Agency has been outstanding, always responding promptly to any issues and resolving them within 48 hours. 3rd Sep 2014 (11 years ago)I will NEVER use this estate agency again to search for a property.We secured the property with the manager called Dawn by paying £450.00.She sent us our referencing documents which we were in the process of filling in.She also sent an email confirming we have the property subject to referencing.I therefore handed in my notice at my other property and found out a week later she had taken another group as they offered more money!!What is the point in a securing deposit when it is not used to secure the property.When I called the manager to discuss the situation she would not give me a chance to speak and spoke to me in a very agressive manner.Use another agency!

3rd Jul 2019 (6 years ago)Was really glad to have chosen ProCities services. Everything went down really nice and smooth and more importantly quick. Communication’s via email and phone were also great and the overall process as a new tenant was fantastic and agents were very helpful at all times.
