21st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)The most rubish estate agent i have ever seen. They only work for comission from landotds, they don’t care about tenants. All tenants just be careful. At first they look ok but this is only fake protend.
22nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)bought my first property with them, tom was very helpfull with all matters, question and queries that i had with regards to buying my 1st home. Tom managed to make it as stress free as possible.

5th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've brought a few houses over the years - all through another estate agent as their service was great and when I saw a property through Alexanders I was in two minds. However, Laura Pettitt has been by far the best advisor I have ever worked with. She is so prompt with everything, constantly keeping on top of things, precide, communication is amazing, always so happy (genuinely sometimes I just called for an update to get that happiness vibe) and above all her personality. Eve whilst she was on holiday she ensured we were covered with support. She truly is a gem! I've never found viewing, putting an offer in and buying a house so smooth. Laura is a true asset to Alexanders and I really hope she is recognised for her tremendous service.

21st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Theano is an amazing asset to the team at west Bridgford she has assisted me in every request no matter how big or small and always checks in to make sure things are running smoothly, can not say a bad word about the new team in west bridgford! 10/10 for care and support feel well looked after in my rented property and I feel extremely at ease knowing Theano and the team have my back! Thank you for such amazing work and such friendly and polite communications. Best service I’ve had since moving in back in 2016 can’t fault you and your team.
28th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)We viewed a few properties to rent and each agent I met was lovely, the rental climate is tough at the moment with so many people applying to rent one property but I'm pleased we had a straight forward process to begin renting- big thank you to Louise who answered all my calls checking in almost daily for any updates!
13th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Excellent service from the Newton Fallowell Rothley the branch staff kept us updated on the progress throughout after we had issues with the 1st buyer they quickly relisted the property and it sold a 2nd time without an issue. Would definitely recommend

The woman on the phone said”I’ll check with the landlord as they wanted professionals.” I felt this comment extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. As I have a very proud career. This was my first communication with this company and I am very unimpressed.
15th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Hampsons have been on point from the first moment we met them. They've been honest,upfront, realistic and they've done everything they promised. Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.

7th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Viewed the property, was ready to sign the agreement, sent the documents and all went through, and suddenly they had given only couple of days to pay the rent for entire 12 months of contract in advance which was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement or in the initial emails, and they gave a reason that landlord would like to be paid everything in advance because we were students, also I had been waiting for the property for a long time too. So disheartening to deal with them. Unorganised, and not sticking to their instructions.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
