The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

From the outset, the team were knowledgeable, communicative, and realistic in their guidance.<br><br>A particular mention must go to Andrew Cuckill, who was genuinely outstanding throughout. Andrew handled every stage with complete professionalism keeping me informed, managing expectations, and ensuring I felt confident at every step of what can be a daunting process. His expertise in the auction process was evident and his personal approach made a real difference.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Aubrey Lee to anyone considering selling at auction. Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.- 24th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)The team were very helpful throughout the process, even helping with access for workmen.
26th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)As a landlord I would say you should avoid dealing with Taylor Jackson. They were dire at best. Totally incompetent as letting agents. Problems we had: The tenants rent was agreed but he never paid the full amount. They falsified a Tenancy agreement, we only found this out when we sold the property. They did not inspect the property. They held onto money the tenant did pay, we only found out by accident that the Tenant had paid, I am fairly sure had we not found out they would never have paid and their accounting system is dreadful. They had work carried out for us and we did not get any invoices just a charge. The tenant owed 18 months rent in the end so we sold the property. Good riddance Taylor Jackson!

14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The whole process with NPP has been very stressful. At the beginning all accommodations were met & so welcoming to the property. I was in a property with faults and promised so much to get this fix however nothing until I left and they sent someone. I have also been rudely spoke to throughout the whole process and chased for payments with no given help or support. Overall I am not one to complain however this has been a horrible experience

21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)An outstanding selling experience with Reside Stockport and Jordana.<br><br>As my BTL property was being sold while tenants were preparing to move out, it was important to me they were treated with the same respect and consideration as everyone else involved in the transaction. From our very first conversation, it was obvious that Jordana understood that and before I'd even explained how much it mattered to me, she had already demonstrated a genuine understanding of their situation and even going out of her way to help them as well, which immediately distinguished her from other agents I'd spoken to.<br><br>The property achieved the asking price within a week, thanks to Jordana's proactive approach. Before I even had a chance to worry about how the sale would progress, viewings were being arranged and offers were coming in. What really stood out, however, was Jordana's commitment throughout the months that followed. The sale encountered its fair share of unexpected complications, setbacks, and delays, many of which were outside the control of either myself or the buyer. Despite this, she tackled every challenge head-on with determination and a positive attitude.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. Updates were always provided, expectations were managed honestly, and whenever a new issue emerged, Jordana was relentless in finding a way forward.<br><br>By the end of the process, I felt I had far more than just an estate agent acting on my behalf. Jordana was a trusted guide and advocate who consistently went above and beyond to achieve the best outcome for everyone involved. I've been through this process several times before and, whilst this sale presented the most challenges, it was also, somewhat surprisingly, the smoothest experience I've had, simply because of how well everything was handled.<br><br>I can't thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jordana and the team at Reside Stockport to anyone looking to sell their property.
