She was super informative and explained everything clearly, but also made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. We really clicked with her and felt like we were in good hands throughout. She was professional, personable and just lovely to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience!

25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Jones & Chapman, and I feel compelled to warn other tenants.<br><br>Despite repeatedly reporting ongoing health and safety issues in the property, Jones & Chapman have consistently refused to take meaningful action. Serious problems that pose risks to our wellbeing have been ignored for months, leaving us living in unsafe conditions with no urgency or accountability from the agency.<br><br>Customer service has been equally unacceptable. The staff have been rude and most unprofessionalI have ever dealt with. Their behaviour has been dismissive, confrontational, and at times blatantly dishonest. Instead of helping resolve the issues, they have made the situation significantly worse with poor communication and a complete lack of respect for tenants, by advising the landlord that the house is in great condition. Also trying to contact them and speak to someone is impossible, nobody ever answers and calls you back from a voicemail left. If I could give zero stars I would.<br><br>Jones & Chapman have shown:<br>- No commitment to tenant safety<br>- No willingness to carry out essential repairs<br>- No professionalism in their customer service<br><br>I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. This has been the worst letting experience I have ever come across. If I could give no stars I would.

1st Sep 2026 (13 days ago)We initially listed our property for rent with Bridgfords Chorlton, and the team’s efficiency was impressive right from the start. Within the first week of going live, they arranged three viewings straight away.<br><br>When the first application fell through due to background checks, Trudie, Emma, and Harry kept up the momentum. They quickly relisted the apartment, organized another round of viewings within a week, and secured fully referenced tenants.<br><br>A big thank you to Trudie for her clear guidance throughout, and to Emma and Harry for being so responsive and keeping us updated at every stage. Their proactive approach made the entire letting process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this team to any landlord!

She was incredibly helpful and reassuring, and I’m so grateful for all her support.- 29th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)My son has recently agreed on a rental property via Entwistle Green.......<br><br>Considering the amount of rent he is to pay, on receipt of the keys it was clear that this flat had not been cleaned ready for the new tenant. In fact it was absolutely filthy and utterly disgusting.<br><br>So disgusting in fact that it eas decided to get professional cleaners in.<br><br>What a disappointment.

12th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Absolutely outstanding Estate Agents, from initial contact through to moving in to my new home.<br>They endeavoured to make everything run as it should be.<br><br>Winston ?????? a very highly trained service dog told me all I needed to know about the staff within minutes of visiting the Stockton Heath branch.<br>He wasn't wrong either 100% friendly, polite and exceptionally honest and professional.<br><br>After months of dealing with lots of various other agents, coming across the team at Mark Anthony Estate agents was very refreshing. Not only did they hear what I said however they listened too.<br><br>After an initial clients needs analysis re my requirements i was very quickly put in touch with what seemed to be the ideal home for myself and Winston ??????.<br><br>After the one and only viewing i immediately thought i can see myself living here.<br>3.5 months later I'm here in my new home settling in and getting unpacked / organised after 2 very hot draining days (the worst time to move apart from rain I.M.O).<br><br>The team worked very closely with everyone involved including regular updates to my solicitor, that in itself was extremely helpful.<br>I honestly don't believe after our initial point of contact I had to call them once !!<br><br>They only got in touch with myself when they needed to making the whole process stressfree and a very easy pleasant one.<br><br>I honestly can't recommend or thank the Stockton Heath team enough.<br>For me this is exactly what an estate agent should look like, they certainly set the standard leading by example in the Warrington area.<br><br>I had other estate agents sending me to view properties coming up with reasons why I should view them rather than listening to my needs in the first place.<br>The amount of other properties I viewed and the time wasted was in itself a gruelling affair, often leaving myself frustrated and annoyed.<br><br>As mentioned these were the complete opposite more interested in finding the right property for their clients rather then getting viewings done for all the wrong reasons.<br><br>10/10 from me, I have no hesitation recommending them to clients looking for properties to buy.<br>I can't comment re selling as I moved from out of area.<br>That said there is no doubt in my mind that these would be the ones to use, connecting real buyers with sellers.<br><br>Thanks to all the team,<br><br>Andrew and Winston ?????? ??????????????????

The pictures taken and video were superb with the extra bonus of an Ariel view of the surrounding area.<br>I will definitely be recommending to family and friends if ever in the need for there services.<br>Thankyou to Rob,Wendy and the rest of the team at the PROPERTY MAN

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We used this company when selling our house, and having previously dealt with other estate agents, the positive experience we had with Wilson was even more noticeable.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions straight away. They gave us a realistic valuation of our property, unlike some other agents who deliberately overvalue a house to win your business and then gradually reduce the price.<br><br>They also think of everything. From the quality of the photographs and the property description to providing useful information about the local area, they clearly put a lot of thought into how to present your property in the best possible way.<br><br>Our buyer’s solicitor was unfortunately very slow, which could easily have made the whole process extremely stressful and drawn-out. The Wilson team took the initiative, helped organise the negotiations and kept things moving. Thanks to them, the sale was completed much more quickly than it otherwise might have been.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Selling a house can be a very stressful and complicated process, but with Wilson we felt that we could trust them to deal with things and keep us informed throughout.<br><br>It’s no surprise that we are seeing more and more Wilson boards around the area. They have earned their reputation. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their property.

25th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k. Making my house seem unsellable. Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get.
