29th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I was under Northwood for 3 and a half years I am not the type to leave a review but I think to help others if their considering using them, Tennent, landlord whoever I would massively reconsider. They are the most rude and unprofessional estate agent I have ever come across. They take between 5-6 months to sort maintenance issues or sometimes just leave you without it being sorted. They don’t understand safeguarding or they just don’t care, there has been times iv been on the phone to a staff member from Northwood reporting an issues and mid conversation she started talking to someone else in the office, so she clearly wasn’t listing to me, all they say is we will call you back and never do, god knows what they do in that office because they don’t seem to work, they have put my rent up after every inspection without any improvement by them on the house I was in, and this is the worst part. Even the person who owned the property wasn’t happy with they was they worked and had to go through the hassle of getting rid of them and getting a new estate agent on board to manage the house as they wasn’t competent to do so. Northwood caused me alot of stress and I would never ever use them again is rather live in a tent !!!!

All round the sale was smooth and straightforward and this agency was great to work with. Lovely staff, great comms and seem like they really care.

He was professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout, making everything straightforward and stress-free.<br>Nothing was too much trouble, and the communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service.<br>I would happily recommend Price & Co, and especially Dominik. We had a very stressful process with a long chain, but everything was made easier thanks to Sophie. She always pushed for answers when needed and assured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Hewitt Adams to anyone !
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)House was a state upon moving in. We had mice rats and spiders galore as well as various code violations including a tilted oven and a gas stove blocking the fire door . When it came to moving out I was charged £50 for a mark that was supposedly on my bedroom wall, however the picture they used as evidence was as a different room. Save yourself some money and stress and don’t move in to a property managed by these money hungry, scammers. Also take note of how all the good reviews here are for viewings and not for how well they manage the properties.
