She was so supportive and helped push things along for us, really on the ball with everything! She went above and beyond for us and it didn’t go unseen!! She always kept in touch with all updates and dealt with my 100 questions! A shoutout to Alfie too for putting up with our millions of viewings!! If & when we ever go to sell we will 100% be using Bakewell & Horner! Thank you so much, the best team xx

She kept me and my partner up to date on everything at all times and made everything so easy for us making my experience so easy and comfortable I could not fault her one bit.- 4th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Everyone in the Crosby Entwistle team are so lovely !! 10th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!
8th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)The staff at reeds rain were very informative, specifically Courtney who we spoke with for a large portion of the process. She had the answer to all questions we had, she kept us updated on the process of the application and was very polite and lovely to talk to in general.

13th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a really good experience with Northwood. The team were friendly and easy to deal with, and everything went smoothly. Michelle was especially welcoming and very helpful throughout. The little welcome gift was a lovely touch too. Would definitely recommend.
26th May 2026 (17 days ago)We have recently completed on our house and Reeds Rains were acting on behalf of the owners of the house we have bought. John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.- 28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Entwistle's Property Management Services have consistently kept my properties occupied with reliable Tenants with very short vacancy periods in-between. Property inspections are conducted whenever needed and are thorough and detailed. The Property Manager Mandy Boot ensures that maintenance issues are raised quickly and communicated clearly, and typically resolved in good time. Sometimes it would be nice to get more detailed feedback about what work has been done and when it was completed. Overall a very good management company with great strengths.

He consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed efficiently, helping to reduce what can often be a stressful experience. His friendly manner and attention to detail made a real difference. The Reeds Rains team were also a pleasure to deal with, but Lewis’s support and commitment truly set him apart. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and supportive letting agent.

29th May 2026 (14 days ago)Not quite sure how they sell any houses they rarely answer the phone, don't call you back, don't respond to emails and seem unwilling or unable to negotiate. Based on this experience I'm just glad they aren't selling my house.

10th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I found Houseclub to be a fantastic estate agent. The staff are friendly and positive. They were helpful and were always willing to suggest changes. It felt like a very personal service every time I rang, as whoever I spoke to knew me, my house and where I was up to with the sale. I could tell there was a lot of work going on behind the scenes and despite being on the market for a while I never felt forgotten. John, the boss, also kept me well informed of current market trends and policy changes like the stamp duty changes. If I were asked where they could make improvements I don't think I could come up with any so well done.

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Leaders Fallowfield to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!
5th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Leaders Estate Agency during the sale of my property. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. As I live quite far from the property and it was tenanted, I was concerned about managing everything remotely. However, Mr Michael Foreman made it completely stress-free. He coordinated everything seamlessly, including arranging contractors to redecorate the property, which saved me a great deal of time and effort. The sale went through smoothly, and communication was always clear and prompt. I felt supported throughout the entire process and confident that everything was being managed to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Leaders Estate Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

4th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I could not have wished for a better agent than Aliyah, she has been so helpful and caring with selling my property ,always there when I have needed her. Her valuation was excellent and so pleased with the outcome of the sale.
