As a result of his diligence, the purchase went though and the process was made as easy as possible. I will be using them again.

31st Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

4th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.

She was responsive, always available to answer my questions, explained each step clearly, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend her. The company’s policies were a bit strict, but she handled everything professionally and made it easier to deal with.

31st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid
11th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We sold our house in Buckhurst Hill. Alter and Cope helped immensely throughout the process. They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10
