22nd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very poor service by Clinton’s in Chelsea, insist on using their own contractors and surveyors for jobs who charge excessively, their contractors did a very poor job and were also rude to me on several occasions.
23rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

16th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My sale hasn’t completed yet, but after a year of trying to sell with Purple Bricks, who were abysmal, I have a good offer after four weeks and so far everything is going smoothly. The team at Winkworth’s is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, and they do what they say they say they’re going to do. Would recommend.

I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.

20th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)I spoke with Jay regarding the possible sale of my property, he was open and honest with regards to the market and potential sale price which I really appreciated. Later, I met with Jay then Caff, both were a credit to the business in terms of the right mix of professionalism and honesty. I felt that they both considered my needs first and foremost and I would definitely use them again in the future as it felt like a very personal service.

5th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)After several years of renting my two-bedroom home through both the council and privately, I contacted a well-known agent after renovating the property to excellent standards in order to increase the rental price. A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.
2nd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely no no to this one, unprofessional behaviour even handling the call inquiry. The girl was with an attitude and rude! Thanks for answering the call! and anyway never heard of this agency before so wouldn’t rent through them!
12th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)There were couple of properties available with Barden that I tried hard to reach them, every time they take my full name and phone number but no one got back, I tried 4 times via phone and number of times over mails. I pressed the urgency on call, the person acknowledged that I called 2 times earlier, but no one had any information on the property i looked for, neither bothered calling back.

They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x
