14th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.

He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.

We always had prompt emails back from Clare and lots of help and advice from Charley also. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, highly recommend Connells stony Stratford.

17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.

23rd Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
