12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We recently purchased a property advertised by Gibbs Gillespie, and we had such a positive experience with all of the staff at this branch (thanks Matt, Taia + others!) In the past, we've had a poor experience as buyers with other agencies, but the staff here seem to do their absolute best to make the experience as smooth as possible. E.g. moving around viewings to accommodate busy schedules, tailored property suggestions for your search, and always finding time to speak on the phone/give a call back. We mostly dealt with Matt, the agent for the property we purchased, who was brilliant. We really appreciated Matt's support throughout the process (particularly as nervous first-time buyers with little experience!) He was always prompt, polite, honest, and helpful with all his replies to our questions. (Hopefully we did not bug you too much, Matt!) Thank you once again for your help!

1st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. 10th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Bourne Estate Agency. While everything was smooth during our stay at the property, the issues began after we vacated. We left the property on the agreed date, handed over the keys properly, and fulfilled all expectations set by both the landlord and the agency. However, it has now been nearly 3–4 months, and we have still not received our deposit back. We have repeatedly reached out via email to request updates and an estimated timeline, but have received little to no meaningful response. Most of the time, we only get automated replies stating that the concerned person is not in the office. This level of communication and lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. If someone is unavailable, there should be a proper system in place to handle tenant concerns this is not something tenants should have to deal with. As per UK regulations, deposits should be returned within a reasonable timeframe after the tenancy ends, which has clearly not been the case here. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)My first BLT with Leaders was a great experience. Martin was extremely helpful, supporting me from start to finish until the tenant moved in. I also had an emergency (flooding) just the day before the tenant moved in, and Martin went above and beyond to help me find an engineer to fix the leak. Highly recommended!
22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)I had a great experience buying my house with this agency. Throughout the whole search process, I felt very well supported and guided. The team was always available, professional, and attentive to my needs, making what can often be a stressful process much easier and smoother. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and liaison with the seller, which helped everything progress efficiently. Their advice and recommendation of trusted partners, including the solicitor, was also extremely helpful and gave me confidence at every stage. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a property.
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I met Paul from Portlands and found him to be very genuine and helpful. He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.

I was selling and buying at the same time and having 3 different mortgages one after another gave me many sleepless nights but Jordan was always there to support me and answer ALL my e-mails. Really grateful for all the advice and help. 100% recommend.

It comes with unexpected moments and difficult parties at every turn that can leave you fighting exhausted against the current. However, we were fortunate beyond words to have Richard Pedley, Leonie Williamson, Henry Kavanagh and Adam Baker from Foxtons Property Auctions on our team and in our corner for the entirety of the process. We simply couldn’t have done it without their support, integrity but above all else their care not just for the property but for us as people.

Their knowledge of the property market is remarkable, and if it could be said, 'They're in the business so they should be good', yes, but it's great to get 'Oscar' performances. Moreover, if using that old one liner, 'They go the extra mile', not a few of us suggest that mile plus. (Thank you RJ for also being such fun).

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.
