As a first time buyer, my experience has been positive throughout, from initial interactions with the Sales team in arranging viewings, to having my offer accepted, through to completion. I would like to thank Matt Barseghian (Sales Manager), who has been fantastic throughout the process, as well as the wider team (Rosie and Mahnoor).

Alistair’s knowledge of the local property market is incredible. His ability to read a given economic and legislative change really helped manage my expectations of selling potential and price range. Over the years I have really appreciated and enjoyed his support and very personable approach.<br><br>I first met Ruby in 2025. She is a very motivated and enthusiastic professional. Ruby maintained regular contact with both parties throughout the entire sale process. I found her to be supportive and very proactive. Ruby played a pivotal role in getting the property sale over the line. She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. She’s one of the very best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent.

They gave sound advice and I probably should have listened to some of it earlier! However they did a great job in securing a sale during a tricky time in the market.

Was recently relocating back to Aylesbury for work and looking for a good rental property, and Jodie was absolutely amazing in organising online viewings and sorting all the necessary paperwork for me. Every time there was a problem she was there to help and support. Have dealt with many of the local agents in the past, and Brown & Merry are by far the best, 100% would recommend.
