He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

As first time buyers, the process is incredibly daunting at the beginning. David has been there from the start to make that process simple, getting us in touch with the relevant services and being there to answer all my questions! Niki then gave us weekly check ins and they both helped chase developments on both sides to ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you both so much! I thought I'd lost it at one point but Nick was fantastic negotiating and liaising with the seller to make it happen.
