13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The Romans agency was managing the flat I was renting in Maidenhead.<br>In October 2025, I reported damp walls (the roof was leaking) and mould appearing because of the damp. By July 2026, nothing was done to fix the issue, and the agent did nothing to help end the contract due to unhealthy conditions, only repeating that the landlord wouldn't want to lose a tenant. Other, smaller issues - like insufficient water pressure, insufficient amount of hot water to be able to do the dishes and take a shower in the same evening, carpets falling apart and tearing into threads - weren't fixed either.<br>When I gave a notice, and the flat manager came to see the situation with the walls, and acknowledged it was bad, they nonetheless proceeded to try and find a new tenant to live in a wet mouldy flat with crumbling walls.<br>Now it has been over a month since my contract ended, and my emails about the deposit are simply ignored by Romans.<br>Just really hope that karma exists, both for the agent and the landlord.

After every viewing, we received detailed feedback, which we really appreciated.<br><br>We were particularly impressed with how the team personally led all the viewings and made sure that potential buyers were given accurate and helpful information about our home. Their commitment and attention to detail gave us great confidence that our property was being presented in the best possible way.<br><br>We cannot recommend Chase Buchanan highly enough if you are looking to sell your property. Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .

They came and took some very professional looking pictures of our house and we were on the market within 5 days of the initial meeting. Communication was fantastic with regular feedback on viewings and the team were always reachable if we had a question or were after some advice. All of their hard work resulted in a sale (STC) in just 18 days!<br>We can’t thank the team from Ewemove Leighton Buzzard enough and would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell in the area!

What stood out most was not just the speed of communication, but the willingness to listen and understand things from the client’s perspective. Throughout the process, I had quite a few detailed requests and questions, some of which were not straightforward at all, but Raghuvir was always patient, helpful, and willing to find answers.<br><br>It’s not often that you come across someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being brushed aside or treated as an inconvenience. Instead, Raghuvir consistently made an effort to understand what I was trying to achieve and helped move things forward effectively.<br><br>To be honest, this level of service already exceeds what I would normally expect from an estate agent.
