Antony was really kind and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially during such a stressful time trying to find housing in London.<br><br>Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Nothing felt forced or like a “quick sale”, unlike previous experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable. 1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and helpful advice given to me by the rep from Romans Estate agents, George Steedman during his visit to evaluate our family home. First we sat in the lounge to discuss the house and the considerable services Romans had to offer & their wide network of connections especially with London. The portfolio showed some of the houses shot from unusual angles making them appear striking. During the subsequent tour his focus was on the house as a family home rather than its obvious capacity for extensions & the like.<br>I felt that Romans would deliver a personal touch, seeing every house as unique & that they would handle any transaction with care & consideration.

At the outset, we had great confidence in Justin hence we appointed Curchods over 3 other agents. Mark went over and above in handling and keeping us fully informed of what ended up being a very long drawn out sales process. We have recommended Curchods to friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to use your services again.

21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

Once the property was rented, the service dropped below par. The exit interview was arranged by romans, yet I had to contact the landlord to agree what was closed off. No help from romans at all with any of the issues experienced in the property.
