I dealt with Rosie who proactively reached out to me with the viewing opportunity and supported on the subsequent next steps around the offer, landlord liaising and move-in details. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient which made the process smooth and less daunting for me. Anyone would be in great hands with Rosie.

2nd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful estate agent. Everything seems smooth and professional at the start of the tenancy, but the problems begin when you move out. They attempted to deduct money from my deposit for issues they claimed were not present when I moved in. Despite providing email evidence and time-stamped photographs clearly showing the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy, they continued to insist that the damage was not recorded on the original inventory. It was extremely frustrating dealing with an agency that appeared unwilling to acknowledge clear evidence. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise tenants to keep thorough records of everything and be prepared to challenge any unfair charges. 30th May 2026 (14 days ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

They've also communicated what's going on regularly and if they're not sure, they endeavour to find things out and let me know. The selling portal is well structured and easy to follow, and tells you what tasks have been completed and what needs to be completed. All in all, very happy with the service. ??????
