Unlike other estate agents who were pushy and sometimes unprofessional to make the sale, Sohail was informative, honest and gave me space to view the property. I viewed multiple properties on multiple occasions with him and he always provided all the information I needed and did not withold any issues. Highly satisfied customer here and would recommend to other.
9th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)It has been fantastic working with KFH, and a particular shout-out to Daniel Todd.<br><br>From the very first viewing, Daniel was excellent. He arrived early, clearly knew the property inside out, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. When he wasn’t sure about something, he was refreshingly honest and always followed up as promised.<br><br>Throughout what can only be described as the chaotic process of buying a house — dealing with conveyancing lawyers, freeholders and everything in between — Daniel was a calm and sensible source of advice. He was always approachable, responsive and willing to help, which made a stressful process considerably easier.<br><br>God willing, we won’t have to move again for another decade! But if we do, we would have no hesitation in coming back to KFH.<br><br>Highly recommended.
13th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Most estate agents tend to be quite ghastly people, but Edward Hocken and Emilia Minopoli should win awards for their poor behaviour at this branch.<br><br>During a proposed purchase, an independent Level 3 RICS survey identified significant issues with the property. Rather than keeping negotiations focused on the survey findings, Sales Branch Director Edward Hocken questioned my “reliability as a prospective buyer” and said KFH had “a gut feeling”. I found this extraordinarily unprofessional from a senior estate agent - aside from trying to foist a property onto me with active damp and structural issues.<br><br>The handling of the transaction was compounded by Sales Assistant Manager Emilia Minopoli repeatedly creating urgency around exchange and completion, including false deadlines around the seller’s circumstances and timescales.<br><br>I formally complained to KFH. After internal escalation, KFH confirmed that it considered Hocken’s conduct entirely appropriate and would take no action.<br><br>I have no issue with agents robustly representing their vendors. I do have an issue with personal comments, manufactured urgency and poor professional judgement. I ultimately withdrew and purchased a property that doesn’t have level 3 defects, and am so grateful to have avoided a costly headache.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not recommend KFH Battersea - nor the brand itself, for any purchase or rental.

Sam and Stephanie did their utmost to keep things progressing, were quick to respond to our enquiries and always kept us informed. Would happily recommend them.
25th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Christopher Nevill.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor. They regularly fail to respond, do not come back to you on matters they say they will deal with, and I have repeatedly had to chase for even basic updates.<br><br>More seriously, I shared information with them in confidence, only to discover that this information was then explicitly disclosed to other people. I found this completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. If something is shared with an estate agent in confidence, you expect it to be handled professionally and with discretion.<br><br>It has also been months since I stopped living at the property, yet I am still receiving emails from them relating to it. It is incredibly frustrating and daunting to still be dragged into matters concerning a property I no longer live at, particularly when this should have been dealt with properly months ago.<br><br>Throughout my experience, there have also been situations where staff simply did not seem to know how to deal with relatively straightforward matters. Things are left unresolved, communication is poor, and you are constantly left chasing.<br><br>I genuinely struggle to see the point of having an estate agent acting as the middleman when they do so little to actually manage communication or resolve issues between the relevant parties. Instead, their involvement has caused me more stress and unnecessary back-and-forth.<br><br>Overall, one of the worst experiences I have had with an estate agent. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, lack of accountability and, most concerningly, a complete loss of trust after information I shared in confidence was disclosed to others.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend staying away. I certainly would not use Christopher Nevill again. 0* if I could rate.

He wasn't pushy at all, just genuinely helpful, and when we finally found the right place he stayed on top of everything and walked us through all the bits that usually get confusing. Replied quickly whenever we had questions and never left us chasing. Really grateful for how smooth he made it, thanks Akshat!

18th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Was extremely helpful throughout the entire process always checked up on us and made sure he knew exactly what are wants and needs were. He was extremely understanding and proactive and honestly made the experience just so much easier for us.

It was especially good given Fox and Sons would be managing the let, knowing that their agent is so approachable. Gave me plenty of confidence as a potential renter. I would recommend.
