She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and only showed me properties that matched my requirements, which made the whole process much more efficient.<br><br>What stood out most was her communication and dedication. She was always responsive, punctual, and happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout every viewing, she was honest, well-informed, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

4th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Communication very poor, obviously don’t talk to one another in the office had surveyors turning up and accompanied and unknown to me that they were coming whilst the people were very kind and friendly. I feel they need to work on their communication weekly auto generated reports very good personal communication. Very very poor also found them very difficult to contact numerous phone calls with no reply.

We then drove for over an hour, only to wait a further 30 minutes at the property with no one showing up. We received no phone call, email, or explanation, and despite repeatedly trying to contact the office, no one answered.<br><br>Today I noticed the property has been taken off the market, yet we still haven’t received an apology or any acknowledgment of what happened. My partner and I wasted over an hour and a half of our time due to this completely unprofessional service.<br><br>The lack of communication, courtesy, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. A simple phone call or email would have prevented us from making a needless journey. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

He made what could have been a stressful process so much easier and was always there whenever we needed him. We never felt pressured and always knew he had our best interests at heart. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he genuinely went above and beyond for our family. I would highly recommend Igz to anyone looking for someone they can trust.
