From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available for one-on-one follow-up whenever needed. What really stood out was how well he balanced the relationship between us as buyers and his client, the seller, ensuring the process remained smooth, fair, and transparent throughout. Allan constantly checked in on the progress of the mortgage process and stayed in direct contact with the mortgage brokers, solicitors, building manager, and everyone else involved, which made the entire experience far less stressful for us. Quick response and very helpful not just during sale, most important after sale as well, which takes a lot of the anxiety off when dealing with property. He kept up communications between the seller and the solicitors and ensured me and the seller got everything we needed to do done in a timely way. I'm grateful for a largely stress-free transaction (which I frankly haven't been able to say for the other agencies I have used recently). Damien and his team also managed the viewings process and price negotiation effectively.
