1st Jun 2026 (19 days ago)If I could give this agency zero stars, I would.?????? My experience with Ojjeh was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. A copy of our house keys was taken despite there being no signed contract or formal agreement in place. I found this completely unacceptable and concerning. When I requested the return of my keys, instead of handing them back to me directly, the keys were left outside my property under a brick where they could potentially have been found by anyone passing by. As a homeowner, I was shocked that someone would treat the security of my property so carelessly. The whole experience left me feeling stressed, frustrated, and unable to trust this agency. I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect for my property, but that was not my experience. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this agency. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to ensure everything is properly documented and to think carefully before handing over access to their property.
26th May 2026 (25 days ago)Jacob and the team at TLC are excellent Estate Agents. They are a pleasure to deal with and never "over promise" nor mess you around with jargon or timewasting emails. Always responsive and happy to answer any queries - no matter how small. Jacob listened carefully to all our needs and found us two great properties we could progess with. We have no hesitation to recommend TLC based at Earls Court.

The level of service and communication provided by Liam Ramsey throughout the entire process was excellent. He kept me fully updated at every stage and gave me continued confidence throughout. Most importantly, he managed to get my property sold quickly and with minimal fuss. Thank you again for such a professional and efficient service.
2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We recently put our house on the market with Beresfords Estate Agents and from day one we were extremely well looked after by Charlotte Micallef and Josh Sutherland. Both Charlotte and Josh were very professional, approachable, and supportive. Selling a house can be stressful, but their communication, knowledge, and calm approach made the whole process feel more manageable. Unfortunately, we had to remove our house from the market for personal reasons, and even though by then they had sold our property, they fully understood our situation, and we never felt they were disappointed we had to pull out of the deal. We really appreciated this and would highly recommend both of them, and Beresfords Estate Agents, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They were quick to ring us back if they couldn’t answer straight away. We would happily recommend them.

1st Jun 2026 (19 days ago)WARNING to tenants! Haven't had to deal with such a scammy agency in years. Make sure to document every inch of the flat when you move in – e.g., they tried to charge me for screws inside the cupboard under the sink, or dust in the bathroom ventilation systems... totally ridiculous. Most of the check-out charges are made in bad faith and can be negotiated down or completely eliminated provided you have the evidence to back it up. I managed to halve their haphazard check-out charges by providing documented evidence from my check-in which exposed their bad-faith claims. Another predatory scheme to watch out for is their 'no rent deposit scheme', which they pushed onto me by threatening that the landlord wouldn't give me the property unless I paid the extra £500 or so – for a service that I received no benefit from. One year after moving out of the flat, I am still receiving charges of £100 for this ridiculous scheme. During the tenancy, I received minimal attention to serious problems such as fire doors falling off their hinges, or completely corroded stove tops ("you simply need to scrub the burners"). Would recommend all tenants to avoid this agency as much as possible.- 11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We recently purchased our first home, and we cannot thank Shaun Denton enough for everything he did to help us along the way.
