5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)We had a really positive experience with William H Brown selling our flat and particularly with Matt, who looked after us through the latter part of the sale.<br><br>Matt was always friendly, approachable and helpful, and was great at keeping in touch and helping to keep things moving. He was always happy to answer questions or chase things up for us when needed.<br><br>We also dealt with Matt while looking for our new home and really appreciated his approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decisions.<br><br>Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, so it really helped having someone so easy to deal with throughout it all.<br><br>Thanks so much to Matt and the team for all their help getting our sale over the line!
24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The whole team at KFH (I dealt mainly with Tim & Charles)<br>were excellent from start to finish. Prompt, proactive, professional and courteous at all times. The result was a very speedy listing to completion.<br>For anyone thinking of selling my advice would always be to use a top class estate agent AND an excellent solicitor! It's always worth it.<br>KFH are highly recommended.

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had so many ongoing issues at my house, a broken washing machine since MARCH with countless calls, emails and people coming to “evaluate” or “fix” the issue (it just needs to be replaced!!), people either quit so the comms is lost then the conversation starts all over again (average reply time 5 weeks) or things are lost and not followed up. I will never rent a house through marsh and parsons again. They promise they will call you back and they never do. Have thoroughly documented the condition of my property as I don’t feel confident they won’t try (or even know) what to deduct from my deposit when I eventually leave. So disappointing as I love my house but they’re completely incompetent

25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)My situation was challenging due to my losing my first buyer, and then the solicitors in the middle of the chain causing unnecessary delays. But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Chesterton's staff have been helpful and courteous during several years of interactions with the team in St John's Wood, particularly Marianna and Lenka. The agency fees are not insignificant but have certainly been earned in relation to resolving a challenging tenancy.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Savills Henley and wanted to leave a review from a buyer’s perspective, as most reviews tend to come from sellers.<br><br>The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.<br><br>A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.<br><br>Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Lincoln Kent proved to be extremely good at keeping the interests and engagement of both buyer and seller in balance as the sale of our three bed bungalow progressed. Initially we hadn’t givenTaylors our business as our eyes had lit up at the empty promise of a higher price proposed by other agents at the over-optimistic start of 2026. After the first offer had fallen down we asked Lincoln to take us on and he found us two further offers when others found us none; the second of these he supervised expertly through to a successful exchange of contracts just yesterday.<br>He kept up a mood of cheerful positivity throughout and lines of communication were always open. When the buyers were anxious for reassurance, information or action he was able to let us know promptly and steer the situation to calmer waters.

14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Buyers perspective: we were constantly told that estate agents during the buying process are something to be cautious about, but Thomas Merrifield were incredible. We bought a house through them a couple of months ago, they made our journey so easier and were the least stressful part of the whole process. As a first time buyer, they spoke me through all my concerns and helped navigate solicitors and surveyors etc. George in particular was fantastic - we still speak about how great they were. If we were selling, this is the only place we would consider to sell through.

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a great experience with Watson Bull and Porter. They are very responsive to my emails, calls, and concerns. They are also easy to arrange viewing schedules with. Tegan was very exceptional. She is very sweet and accommodating. She made sure our concerns are communicated with the vendors as well. The only reason I cant give a 5 star was only because along the end of the process, there was an agent who suddenly called me, despite having only met with the vendors and made agreements on the exchange date, he was pressuring me right over the phone to do the exchange ‘tomorrow’. This is despite the fact that I was still raising inquiries thru my solicitor regarding certain information that came up from the searches. He was telling me the vendors had medical plans and had conditions for the dates. These were all not communicated to me prior. In fact, the information sheet says “no conditions on the date of completion”. This resulted in me having to exchange and complete purchase whilst I am abroad for an unexpected urgent family matter. But anyway, everything went okay and I am still grateful.

From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.

With this hardship situation where I had to change 3 buyers on my sale the team Brandon & Aimee played an instrumental role in convincing our seller who had contract with multiple agencies. A simple chain but it took 7 months for our move. Every movement is a hardship and the team dealt with utmost highly professional and composed. I have been associated with Connells since 2022 and this is one of the best agency in Watford.
