He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Communication was always clear and prompt, with no chasing required. There were very few problems with the property, and the handful that did come up were fixed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning, Dan was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned into a long and, at times, very stressful process. He was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and was consistently helpful whenever I called, no matter how many questions or queries I had. There were plenty of back and forth conversations over months, with different issues and stressful situations along the way, but Dan always remained patient, professional and approachable. He made what could have been a very difficult experience feel so much easier and was always willing to help, explain things and keep me updated. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about providing a good service, and Dan went above and beyond throughout. A huge thank you to Dan & the team for all the help — a real credit to Prospect and absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

From the start they priced the property realistically, which I'm sure is a big part of why it sold as smoothly as it did. Communication was excellent throughout - I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. The whole team were helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Would happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area

She was always available to help, quick to respond and the only person involved who consistently did what she said she would do.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Molly's persistence, professionalism and proactive approach made a huge difference. From start to finish, she went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always on hand to answer our questions. When communication with our own solicitors was lacking, Ashliegh acted as a conduit between us and the buyer. Her updates reassured us that everything was moving in the right direction. Selling a home with a newborn baby is no easy task, but Ashliegh made the whole process infinitely less stressful. She is an absolute credit to the Barnard Marcus team, and we are very grateful.
