Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication. He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated that he tried to support me as much as he could throughout the purchase. Thanks to his help and professionalism, we were able to complete the process successfully. I would definitely recommend Arikson to anyone buying a property.

They gave honest opinions about properties and pointed out things we might have missed. That honesty helped us avoid a few homes that probably would have caused problems later.

23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)????? Libby, Mike, and the team at Bridges were outstanding — they didn’t just sell our house, they helped us find our forever home. Mike came to value our property and is genuinely one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of working with. Honest and transparent - and very personable. We knew he and Libby would get get the job done. From the moment we listed, they had buyers through the door within days from their existing client base, resulting in 3 offers at or above asking price. On the buying side, Libby really listened to what we were looking for and, thanks to Bridges’ impressive portfolio, was able to secure us a first viewing on the exact street we’d had our eye on — and then went on to secure the property for us too. What made the whole experience so seamless was how well they managed both sides of the transaction. Libby is a fantastic negotiator, communicated clearly throughout, and went above and beyond organising follow-up viewings with our architect and surveyors. Always responsive, always professional. One of the best — if not the best — estate agents in Fleet. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience renting through this estate agent was extremely disappointing. Throughout our tenancy we reported multiple issues with the property, including mould concerns and a broken kitchen extractor fan which was reported but never repaired during the entire 1 year and 5 months we lived there. We also requested permission to decorate parts of the property to improve its condition, but never received any response from the estate agent regarding this. Shortly after raising concerns about the condition of the property, we were served a Section 21 notice and informed by both the landlord and estate agent that the property was being sold. Less than a month after vacating the property, it has now been relisted for rent by the same estate agent using the same listing photos, which has left us feeling very misled about the reasons we were given for having to leave. Communication throughout our tenancy was often poor, and even after vacating the property we have still had no contact regarding the return of our deposit or any proposed deductions. I normally would not leave a negative review, but based on our experience I would strongly advise future tenants to carefully document everything and ensure all communication is kept in writing.

It is also the lack of stress and pressure from them whilst I found another. I have a busy life so selling and buying a home was never going to be easy. But the team, especially Lorraine, certainly did make it easy for me. Along the way they were genuinely helpful and understanding. I was most fortunate to be their client.
