4th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I’m very disappointed with the way your agency has handled my valuation appointment.<br><br>I originally contacted you to arrange a valuation of my flat, and we agreed on a date. On the morning of the appointment, I was contacted and told that the person coming to see the property was sick. I completely understand that these things can happen, so I was happy to rearrange the appointment.<br><br>We then agreed on another date, and once again, on the actual day of the appointment after a week , I was contacted and told that the person was sick again.<br><br>I’m sorry, but at this point I find the situation extremely unprofessional. I specifically changed my day off and made arrangements to be at home on both occasions, only to be cancelled on the day each time.<br><br>I understand that people can become unwell, but cancelling twice on the day of the appointment, after I have rearranged my own schedule to accommodate you, is very disappointing and shows very little consideration for my time.<br><br>Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of professionalism and organisation within your agency.

She was really patient, responsive, helped us with understanding each step of the process and followed up with others involved when needed. Also wanted to mention and thanks Molly, the Sales Progressor, who was on top of every step and kept us informed throughout the process.

Rosie is amazingly knowledgeable, sweet, caring, and genuinely invested in helping you find a flat that truly suits your needs.<br><br>What stands out most about Rosie as a letting agent is her dedication, clear communication, and total transparency. She makes you feel supported every step of the way, taking the time to listen and offer honest, expert advice rather than rushing the process. Even though the flat I looked at with Chestertons didn't end up working out, working with Rosie was such a positive experience that I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her and Chestertons again in the future. Highly recommend!

We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We felt that they were working for both the buyer and seller equally and worked hard to get everything across the line. We would highly recommend using Savills. Thank you for all your hard work.

The service I have received from Mark Brooker and his team has been exceptional in terms of finding a tenant and the ongoing management. Communications are always efficient and prompt.<br>In view of the excellent service, I have decided to appoint Parkers for a second property that is in the process of being transferred.

In particular special mention to Timea H , who has liaised directly with me on a regular basis and organised all the necessary checks and maintenance issues etc., as well as keeping me updated and informed of the changes in legislation.<br>I felt confident in knowing that my tenants were being looked after , and that my property and interests were equally prioritised .Highly recommend this local management service
