They went above and beyond to help make a challenging process as smooth as possible, and I’m very grateful for all their help. Thank you to the whole team!
7th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

Adele dealt with our sale, she was honestly fantastic, always happy to assist with queries, very professional, so calm and just a really nice lady to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin Flashman.

From booking my initial viewing all the way through to completion, he was patient, friendly and very approachable. He was a great point of contact between both parties and was always willing to help move things along when needed.<br><br>Overall, he made what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more manageable. I really appreciated his support throughout and would definitely recommend!

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. 24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I just Completed on my house sale.<br>I placed my instruction with Thomas Merrifield (Kidlington) after first carefully considering Purple Bricks & doing the hard work myself, then, after deciding that I needed a really professional sale (Not something I felt I could bring through the Purple Bricks route) considering what was available on my own High Street . I felt that good local knowledge was important in my chosen Agency.<br>I narrowed it down to 2 well regarded local Estate Agents, & in truth, at the time, I felt that there was nothing between them (Clint came to our home & explained the process, expectations & cost, and answered any questions we had (there were many!)). In the end I could select only one.<br><br>I am absolutely delighted with the work Thomas Merrifield did for me. Very professional, always available, & in the first week we had a number of viewings booked in, these quickly realised two very good offers, one of which I accepted.<br>I am grateful to Lisa who is extremely talented & experienced, she helped navigate us through the process in a calm, efficient and thorough way, always providing updates & offering guidance where needed. Liaising with our Solicitor & all the other solicitors & Estate Agents in the chain. I am in no doubt, that it was Lisa's constant attention to all outstanding details, that kept our house sale & indeed, our whole chain, on track.<br>Our buyers were first time buyers & as such, were quite naive about the processes (this is not a criticism), Lisa was able to provide them with appropriate reassurance & impartial guidance that ensured they remained in the process. They’re a lovely, genuine team who offer a personal and thoughtful approach, you can tell they work well together and genuinely care about the people they look after.<br><br>Karina, Kelly and Debbie have all been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. Our problems are always resolved.<br><br>I’ve really enjoyed being a tenant with Bluebell Estates and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, approachable and caring estate agency. However, We gave up looking after a year, only to suddenly find our dream house and needed to find a buyer super quick. Luke delivered and we had the right offer within the week, which allowed us to make an offer and buy our new home. Would highly recommend Parker’s.

We had other work going on but she was very understanding and patient.<br>Yvette Was meant to be away the following week but made sure we got the appraisal before she went away.<br>Really admire her professionalism.<br>Also thanks to Emma at the office.<br>I highly recommend Barnard Marcus for all letting and sales and also Yvette she is so unlike an estate agent which is quiet refreshing to say the least.

Though it was long journey but Silvan really made it so easy and clear for us...She guided us and helped us to know all the risk factors and everything...we got a good amount of mortgage money for our first home and we are really pleased for her services...I recommend silvan as a mortgage advisor to everyone...
