Buying your first family home can feel daunting, but Jordan was always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance and keep everything moving. Thanks to his support, what could have been a stressful process was seamless and as stress-free as possible.<br><br>I was also supported by Matt, Sonia and Yasmin at various points throughout the process, and each of them was extremely helpful and knew exactly how to assist. Yasmin was particularly helpful in recommending a great architect, which gave me real peace of mind when considering potential planning applications and future work to the property.<br><br>It was genuinely great working with the team at The Frost Partnership in Gerrards Cross. They were professional, approachable and supportive from start to finish.<br><br>A big thank you to the whole team — and especially Jordan — for helping me and my family find our first home!

Everyone without exception has been very professional and courteous and we are extremely happy with the successful outcome that was achieved. I have no hesitation in recommending Curchods if you are planning to let or sell your property within the Teddington/Kingston area.

Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. I received a very detailed information booklet, which no other company provided, explaining sales similar to my property within the area, complete with graphs to support the evidence. Very impressed!- 2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)First time me and my wife are renting a property, Alfie was outstanding! Very informative, helpful and made the whole process so direct and smooth. Generally put all the worries or typical concerns to rest with being so understanding and clear.<br>Cant fault anything, even once moved in he is still very proactive and helpful making sure everything is sorted.<br>Honestly recommend Wards of Sittingbourne to anyone who is looking for their next home or first home, and if you in need of a rental or letting then definitely ask for Alfie!<br>Thanks again for all your help and hard work, will of course be using your service again on our future moves

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)A relative recommended All Day & Millar to me after their good experience and knowing we had been struggling to find a buyer for my mum’s house. Jake from Uxbridge branch had initial discussion with me and met me at my mum’s house and gave me confidence that there were buyers out there for our property. He put me in contact with Umar at Hayes branch who provided great support throughout process. He advised on best price to pitch at sharing comparables and was confident he could get people through the door. And he did and kept me on informed! This is where All Day & Millar differ versus other agents in the area. Umar kept me informed every week giving me updates and ensuring he was reaching out to their client base and would put our property in front of them. When things were quieting down he always had recommendations of what to do next. Far more proactive and consistently so than I had experienced with others agents. I can’t emphasise the importance of keeping sellers informed and updated and a feeling that something can be done. This is what Umar delivered on. Umar and his colleagues were always professional and well presented at viewings and helped prospective buyers with their questions. We ended up with a few offers eventually and one we were willing to<br>accept. Umar then handed over the reigns to Sophie at Uxbridge branch who diligently supported us through the various requirements raised by our buyers solicitors and interacted promptly with both sides of the transaction. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates I was able to reach out to Sophie. All in all a very positive experience and we thank Umar and Sophie and wider All Day and Millar team for getting us over the line.

Dominic was really great with us as we didn't know the area very well at all. Suzie very helpful when finalising the rental agreement. I would recommend Davis Tate.
