17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have recently bought a flat in Bexhill through New Foundations . I have mainly dealt with William. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.
12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)?Moving into a recently renovated Prime Land property turned into an immediate headache. Upon arrival, I went 9 days without hot water in my floor’s bathroom and 13 days waiting for working Wi-Fi (this was included in the announcement).<br><br>?The issues didn't stop there. The pre-paid gas ran out several times and, on occasions, leaving us through freezing weekends with no heat and no ability to cook until someone arrived the following week to top it up. There were active leaks, unfinished renovations, and contractors who repeatedly left work areas wet and dirty for us to clean up. The cleaner broke our mop and cleaned his boots in our sink. They tried to get us to remove all our stuff from the living room within 24 hours to turn it into an extra room, I was able to stop this by referring to our contract which included acces to living room.<br><br>?When I requested financial compensation lack of basic infrastructure (as per our contract), I was bluntly told the property was rented 'as is.' Potential tenants should be aware that with Prime Land Property, missing essential amenities is apparently considered normal and not worth communicating upfront. I'll let you decide if it's worth your time.

Whenever we had any questions or needed something sorted, Paula was always there to help and made everything so easy for us.<br><br>In five years, we never had any major issues, and we always felt that our property and our concerns were being looked after properly. It’s not often you find an estate agent where you can have that kind of relationship and trust.<br><br>Big thank you to Paula and Toby for all their support over the years!
