Chris Rawlings and the whole team has always been professional, helpful, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and prompt, and we truly felt that they cared about achieving the best result for us. 8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having previously struggled to sell our property with Barnard Marcus and Martyn Gerrard we were sceptical Hamptons would be any better, but how wrong were we! Hamptons were exceptional from the start of the process to the end, Debbie in particular was an angel! Debbie knew our property inside out and really sold the house for every viewing, resulting in 2 offers! I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamptons again in the future and won't be considering any other agents for the job!

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. 10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

Azra was really helpful and very nice from the first visit to the end, in constant communication with us to provide update and answer our questions/pass them on to the vendor. I can’t recommend enough this agency, I have friends who had a terrible time buying a house, this was not our case at all. Even when getting our keys, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Due to his hard work and determination, we managed to sell our house in a very unstable market, which we are extremely grateful for.
