We spoke to four different estate agents in the area, and it was clear from our first meeting that Stanfords’ service was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. Throughout the process of selling our flat, both Alex and Grace were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were extremely quick and thorough with all communication. If you’re considering selling a property in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

He communicated clearly, responded promptly to any questions I had, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Shahid was also very approachable and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled properly (can’t forget the Sunday fix ??????). His attention to detail and commitment to providing a good service really stood out.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Shahid and Right Homes Bedford to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent. Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. He was calm, level-headed and reassuring at every stage, while also being proactive and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. He communicated clearly, handled any challenges without drama and always made me feel that the sale was in safe hands. 5th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had a viewing booked for 3:25 pm and had travelled around 1.5 hours to get there. Before 3:00 pm, I called to let the agent know that due to Underground delays, I would be around 15 minutes late.<br>I was simply told that the viewing could no longer go ahead and that I should rebook for Monday or Tuesday, with no attempt to accommodate a slightly later arrival that day.<br>I understand that being late can affect their schedule, but I gave more than 25 minutes’ notice because the delay was outside my control. After travelling such a long way, I found the way this was handled extremely inflexible and disappointing.
