Once the sale was agreed the management of all the paperwork and communication was exemplary and useful when potential issues, out of our command, down the short chain arose. Any queries were answered promptly Overall very pleased we chose to select AdM and many thanks to Philippa, James, Lisa and David.

Tom and Nick were great right from the start when the house went on the market, and then when the house was sold, Janice and Erica helped to make the process as smooth as possible. We all know that selling/buying a property is very stressful but when you are being guided by true professionals, it definitely makes it easier. It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

3rd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy

20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)EDIT: Thank you for your response. However, attempting to attribute the issue to “timescales” or solicitors avoids the central concern raised in my review. For the full context: from the first viewing I made it clear to the agent, vendors and solicitors that my intention was to complete before the end of the year, and this was the only reason I accepted the asking price without negotiation despite the lease nearing 80 years. The property was marketed as “no chain”, and this timeframe was known and discussed for months in advance, on multiple occasions including second viewing in the end of November. No circumstances justify intimidating communication by your manager or suggesting that a client’s actions may negatively affect how they are viewed in “future transactions” — wording for which your agency already issued a formal apology. As I believe this conduct fell below expected professional standards, the matter has now been formally escalated to The Property Ombudsman (TPO). I hope this leads to improved communication standards and training. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency during a property purchase was highly disappointing. It started off well at the viewing - Aarden was highly professional, with good knowledge about the property. Unfortunately later on during the process the communication from the sales manager Josh — particularly during negotiations — crossed the line from professional guidance into unnecessary pressure and intimidation. At one stage, I was told that my actions could affect how the agency and vendors viewed me in “future transactions,” which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Following a formal complaint, the agency acknowledged that the wording used could reasonably be interpreted as intimidating and issued an apology. I appreciate that the director responded professionally once the complaint was raised, but buyers should not have to escalate matters formally in order to be treated fairly and respectfully. I would strongly encourage future buyers to keep all communication in writing and approach negotiations cautiously.
