They produced an excellent sales brochure which was published on their website.<br>The house was sold extremely quickly and very close to the price we were hoping to achieve.<br>We would happily use S&G again should the occasion arise, and would strongly recommend them.<br>Thanks you all at S&G.

Philippa (sales progression) brought an air of calmness to what can be a very stressful process and handled challenges in a way that was fair to both sides. Lisa went over and above to let us view the property when we wanted and even popped over to help us out on move in day. I would definitely use Alan de maid in future
8th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)When we bought the flat it was for sale with Jorgensen Turner (Kilburn Branch). We had a good experience during that purchase transaction. We therefore did not hesitate in using their services to sell the property. A couple of weeks on the market and a few viewings later they secured an offer we could work with. There were some challenges along the way but Elliot and Richard did a sterling job in keeping all parties focused and assisted in bringing the sale to a happy conclusion. They know the area very well and are a highly capable & responsive team. Thank you

I recently asked Sam Levy if it was possible to put a railing at the entrance to Talbot Skyline. It was done in days which is very impressive and very much appreciated. A shout out to Sam for his prompt reaction to my request.

We were under a lot of stress ,after living in the same house for 48 years and buying a new one 150miles away.<br>Kirsty took all that stress away with the help of Jordan and Owen,<br>Beautiful photos of this house. Within the 1st couple of weeks it was sold, We were kept in the loop all the way.<br>Brilliant thank you Chancellors.<br>Joy and Mick.

The fact that there was somone dedicated to making sure the sale went smoothly was wonderful as there are so many complex issues to content with at this point. Tina at Homes couldn't have been more helpful, always cheerful and positive and kept us updated of progress throughout the sale. Having bought and sold many times I am happy to say this was the best experience I've ever had. All of the staff were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.

26th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I have only had the opportunity to deal with Sam, so it is difficult to give an evaluation of the business in general. With that said, if Sam is typical of the workers there, then with any reservations I would recommend this business. Sam demonstrated excellent knowledge and competency, he was patient and professional, and his customer service was warm and wise. If you are thinking of dealing with an estate agent to find you a mortgage, don't hesitate contact these guys now, and I would suggest to ask for Sam who will no doubt pass you on to one of his colleagues if he is unable to deal with you.

21st Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Poor experience from start to finish. Note: they didn't manage the property itself (our landlord did, and he was great) — they just handled the contract and collected rent.<br><br>Move-in: Days before we were due to move, they suddenly said the gas safety certificate was missing and we couldn't move in. We'd already given notice and booked a removal company. We were told "tomorrow it'll be sorted" for days on end, forcing us to rebook our move multiple times while our old landlady needed us out. Total lack of honesty about what was actually going on.<br><br>During tenancy: Never once late or missed a payment. One month our standing order landed on Monday instead of Sunday the 16th (weekend timing, not our doing), and at 8:30am we got a threatening email warning of "consequences" and credit score damage if we did not pay by 8am (even though they had sent the email after that time). Clearly automated, but reflects badly on them regardless and we never even hear an apology about that.<br><br>Move-out: Made everything unnecessarily difficult. One tenant staying on had to urgently find two flatmates — the agency was slow to respond despite the urgency. Deposit took a month and a half to return. New tenants moved in without even a signed contract, and rent wasn't being passed to the landlord.<br><br>They expect flexibility and understanding from tenants while offering none themselves. Cannot recommend. First negative review I've ever written — that should tell you something.

Really easy to deal with and everything ran really smooth. Always felt looked after and nothing we asked or needed was a problem. Thanks so much for being so helpful and making the final process of our move so smooth. On another note next door to us is now up for sale with these guys and they are really attentive to keeping the property looking nice etc so if you're looking to sell ive seen first hand that they are great at that too! Deffo recommend this local agents :)

We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares about their clients and the outcome, look no further!
